   The sports hall floor is terribly maintained - it's disgusting and is extremely slippery. I do not recommend booking courts here until they properly clean it for once.

   Trilogy gym is great all round - free parking, well stocked sanitiser gels and towels for cleaning equipment, showers, shower gel, clean facilities, a great range of equipment that's plentiful as well as 100s of classes, swimming pools, cinema, steam rooms, Turkish baths...etc all included in the very reasonable price. I couldn't ask for more. However, I would say out of the actual gyms Duston gym is probably my favourite out of the Trilogy gyms for it's large carpark where there's always a space, it's perhaps more modern facilities (I believe it's the newest gym out of the Trilogy centres) and I like the fact it's one long, wide, airy rectangular room with space to move around more freely compared to some of the more tighter, oddly shaped, packed in spaces of other gyms. It can get busy but everyone is doing there own thing, and no feeling of prejudice or awkwardness. People of all ages, gender, shapes and sizes go. Highly recommend trilogy full stop but if I had to pick one to recommend as a standalone gym it would be Duston...

   Thank you so much to Joel and his team today. I'm Not a member but as I was walking past I nearly fainted because I had underestimated the heat, I managed to go into the gym and Joel was quick to assist me. They found a cool spot to sit, gave me water and sat with me until I recovered. Joel then insisted he gave me a lift home! I am very grateful for their help today, so very VERY kind and thoughtful.

   Excellent facilities and staff. It is a pity that they are about to lose their greatest asset and hardest worker in Jason. He has been an absolute credit to Trilogy in the couple of years we have known him and would have represented Trilogy so well in Management. He will be very hard to replace but is doing the right thing by qualifying in his chosen profession and bettering himself.

   My grandson really loves his session with Jason, he looks forward to going every week. Jason is absolutely brilliant with the kids and has so much patience. Joey is so impressed with Jason and he has learnt so much from him, his football skills have really improved since he first joined. Well done to Jason.

   Love the place. Has some amazing classes, great staff and all the equipment you need for a successful workout. In regards to the Trilogy chain, it offers so much diversity. Each gym offers something different. Duston has an amazing free weight area. Mounts has the health suite, Cripps has some dedicated rooms, one of which a virtual spin room. I’m yet to trial Danes camp and Lings. Love it and excellent value for money.

   Love Trilogy in Duston. Friendly approachable staff who always make time to be polite and professional. Great gym which suits my needs and fun classes with amazingly good instructors. Very clean and such a friendly atmosphere. Cannot recommend highly enough and such good value. Thank you to all at Duston Trilogy, you make a great team.
