I went into G A Jewellers & Pawnbrokers in Eastbourne to see if my Jewellery was worth anything. The lady ( I think Manageress ) was so lovely and helpful. After spending time sorting it all out and checking them all individually , she asked me what I thought it was worth. I was hoping about a couple of hundred pounds . To my shock which I nearly past out with she told me it was worth £3400.00. After getting ID etc she sorted all out and money was in my account within 2 hours. This is my exchange of choice for travel currency. I was advised by a Bank many years ago, that it offers the best exchange rates in Eastbourne. I have always found the Manager and staff to be pleasant and helpful. Today I was served for the first time by Zoe. A pleasant, professional, efficient lady. Who is obviously an asset to your company. Who not only dealt with my euro exchange but ensured that my need for a more obscure currency will also be addressed prior to travel in due course. Natalie was so helpful! I had a budget and wanted a ring to hold my grand mothers ring on my right hand as it fell off a few times, luckily l found it. The ring is over 100 years old and means a lot to me. Unfortunately my fingers are small and finding rings are a nightmare! We tried so many and was going to give up, then we found this ring with pretty blue stones. Sold! Natalie gave me a fantastic deal, and it belongs to me. Thank you for your knowledge of jewellery and not pushy attitude.
