   Went there this morning after having gone to cash converters. I have to say that Matt and myles were absolutely lovely to deal with, also having almost been ripped off by cash converters, these guys at cash generator gave me a great price when selling my GoPro - top job lads!

   Been using them for many years, and always get a fair price on loan items, if not a little over. The staff are friendly and will always try to help if they can. Once you get to know them the guys down there are happy to give you a bit extra, and as long as you buy the stuff back they are great at helping you if you need a bit more than the item is worth. They are also prepared to give you a bit of extra time to buy your items back, something they are under no obligation to do, once you build a rapport. The 1 star reviews are clearly their competitors trying to ruin their reputation...and it's pretty obvious. Basically, if you ever need to borrow against your items they offer good prices and are pretty decent about overruns if you are genuine.

   Used their Buyback service recently. Got good money on my PS4 and bought it back 2 weeks later. The moaners are prob not even proper customers - I never had a problem there. Matt & Miles is great guys.

   Terrible experience. Brought a galaxy ace 3 from them for £50 November 1st, it was barely usable so i came back a week later to return it. Told me they can't do a refund has it's not faulty. So I was 50 quid out of pocket and left with a phone that I couldn't use. Had to sell it for a fiver. Useless. £45 loss. Wish I went few doors down to cash converters, kicking myself now.

   Bought a guitar. Went to take it back the next day, they refused to take it back despite their store policy stating "If you change your mind you are able to return a product that you have purchased in-store within 7 days." Really rude staff offered me 2/3 of the price I paid to take it back. ZERO customer service. Please save your energy and money and go elsewhere. Do not try and support local business in this instance.
