   Booked the VIP lane for my daughter's birthday but not really sure it was worth it. Only paid £1 extra per person, but it just felt like a normal game of bowling - nothing special about it, apart from the area being a bit more jazzy! There was a ball stuck down the gutter, and one of the barriers wouldn't move because of it, so the ones that didn't want the barriers up, had to have one up anyway. I called for a member of staff to come over to sort it out, via the tablet at our table, but no-one came (waited about 5 minutes), so I had to go and find someone myself. They were unable to get the barrier to move still. Next time I'll just book a normal lane I think.

   Very nice place enjoyed with two kids, bowling and arcade games just offered so much fun. Very kind and helpful staff as well, credit to the manager who was fantastic.

   So our lane broke down (lane 2) a motor had died and needed replacing making around a 30 minute delay. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, offering us complimentary drinks and food whilst keeping us updated regarding the repairs. A top job all round thanks to caring staff, we will be back. Well done.

   Been recently on Halloween. Staff are friendly and service was excellent. Food was great too. Always have lots of fun here with the family. Place was great before but even better now that they have had a refurbishment.

   Always have a good laugh here. Bowling is good, with friendly staff on hand to help. Food and drink on offer is good with plenty of seating. Since the refurb the lanes are divided off which makes them a little less roomy if you have a big group but doesn't stop you having a good time. There's a pool table also available to keep the competition going as well as loads of arcade games
