Purchased this very easy to assemble NORDEN gateleg table + chairs for our new home, really good solid construction. For the idea of hanging the chairs from the kitchen wall..... "thanks for the idea Ikea" as seen in the MK store.

Overall quite satisfied before the delivery day. The delivery was a nightmare to me. I ordered on 30th Sept and stated that I am living on the second floor of a building without lift. The staff said there is no problem and they can deliver to my door. Before the delivery day, I was told the furniture will be delivered between 12:45pm to 4:45pm. I wasted my half day in the new home and just waiting for the furniture. Finally they were delivered after 7pm. That is not the end. The man who delivered ask me to help moving the furniture upstairs as his colleague broke his leg! Me as a woman have high blood pressure and live with my child. Nobody can help except I give a hand to move them. There are total over 360kgs of furniture and Ikea only arrange only 1 man to deliver. There are sofa bed, double bed, king size bed, a kalax and a set of dining tables and chairs. We used up over 30 minutes to move them all upstairs. The man is quite strong but he still needed my help especially for moving the three jumbo cartons of the sofa bed. There are altogether 13 pieces of cartons and the g.w. is from 18kgs to 47kgs! Can Ikea have more sympathy to your staff? The man needed to deliver one more order afterwards!

Visited IKEA MK first time to view and then placed an online purchase for a very straight forward Klepptatt 2 door, 85GBP worht wardrobe. What could have gone wrong?........ Since childhood I have known IKEA to be a solid brand and never heard of any issues, neither from friends nor family, but my turn has come.... I placed the online order on the 20th September and as one hinge was deformed I was left with only one working door and transparent content on the other side. That made me call IKEA Customer Services who very helpfully sent two more deformed hinges out to me from Denmark/Germany.Before 2 weeks passed 2 more deformed hinges have arrived. Next I called the customer services again and reported that I still had only one functioning door at thre wardrobe. Very kindly and helpfully a new door was sent out to me, what turned out to be a new wardrobe - I have taken the one correct hinge out that I was missing and now wait for the rest to be collected, as per Kassandra from Customer Services. Very helpful and kind customer service, agents listen, build rapport and are ready to help. IKEA can still be considered a high level Swedish brand, though something must have gone wrong at the production/warehouse picking level. Thank you for helping, it did cost me many nerves and swear words.

Shopping at IKEA is always a fun and reliable experience. The store has an incredible variety of furniture and home products that suit every budget, and I love how practical yet stylish their designs are. Whether I’m looking for something small like kitchen accessories or bigger items like a sofa or wardrobe, IKEA always has plenty of options. The showroom layout is inspiring—it’s great to walk through and get ideas for how to style different rooms at home. One of my favorite things about IKEA is the affordability without compromising too much on quality. Their flat-pack system makes furniture easy to transport, and the instructions are usually straightforward, so assembling at home is simple enough. I also appreciate the clever storage solutions they offer, which make it easier to keep smaller spaces organized. The food court is another highlight! A trip to IKEA never feels complete without stopping for their famous Swedish meatballs, and the café prices are just as reasonable as the store itself. The staff are generally helpful and polite, and checkout is usually quick, even when the store is busy. Overall, IKEA makes furnishing and decorating a home affordable, practical, and even enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Found in Bletchley just off of the main roundabout. You cannot miss it. Parking underneath in the dry, and parking outside. .escalators on entrance and stairs and lift. Toilets by the entrance on the first floor. A cafe available. Another eating area by the exit. A typical IKEA with walkways that take you around the shop. In certain areas you can cut corners and cut sections out, but generally you have to follow the walkways with everyone else. The tills have now changed and are a filter section and you're guided to a free till once you reach the front. Avoid at weekends.... I cannot say this enough, its so packed at the weekends, and unless you want to get squished... avoid !! It's currently open until 9pm in the evenings... so plenty of time to go then !! Till service was fast despite the queues.....
