   The gym has relatively new equipment, but it’s quite small and the range of machines is limited, so it can feel restrictive, especially at busier times. The swimming pool itself is nice, however swim sessions are limited and the water is too warm for anyone wanting to swim longer distances or train properly. Unfortunately, the spa area feels dated and poorly maintained. The sauna and steam room are both cooler than they should be, which is disappointing. The male changing rooms have an unpleasant smell, and the showers are in poor condition and not very clean. Overall, it has some positives, but there’s definitely room for improvement—particularly in cleanliness and spa maintenance. That said, it’s still better than the limited gym options currently available in Leighton Buzzard.

   Recently found the Soft play here, it is fantastic for little ones. My 9 month old has had two wonderful visits. The soft play is spotlessly clean and beautiful. Plenty of variety and lots of sensory bits for the younger ones. Great value for money. Cafe is great too and a lovely and clean baby changing/toilet. Will continue to visit regularly.

   Amazing soft play for littler ones. One of the rare soft plays where you can let an under 2 crawl freely without fear of being trampled on by older kids. Lots of options for play for the younger ones with light tunnels/age appropriate slides and busy boards. Nice food and drink available at a very reasonable price. I also like this soft play as it is quiet. You can talk to other parents without the noise of screeching children/bouncy castles and it is an all round very nice experience. Only slight improvement would be a small gate separating the soft play seating area from the soft play. Kids can't escape as there is a main door to outside the soft play but they like to crawl/go into the soft play seating area which would be fixed with a simple gate. Other than that though, perfect!

   We discovered the health club had a soft play so immediately needed to visit, it is intimate enough to feel comfortable to sit back with a coffee and watch but also be able to quickly get involved if needs be. I am always on the hunt for these type of places as my little one loves soft play. My only regret is that I wish I found it sooner as it’s a short drive for me and the set up is perfect. We met some other Mum’s & their children so we all plan to use Liscombe soft play as a meeting spot. Definitely recommend ☺️

   My two sons have thoroughly enjoyed their swimming lessons at Liscombe, they have grown in confidence and ability. We also regularly enjoy the soft play, it’s a perfect size for parents to enjoy a coffee whilst their children are enjoying the soft play as you can see where they are at all times. The staff are friendly and the facilities are clean. Good coffee and juices too!

   Brilliant swimming lesson at the swim academy today, my daughter is 4 and her confidence has developed so much since joining liscombe. Lessons are very creative and help children learn core skills in a fun way. Would highly recommend.

   My son absolutely loves the soft play at Liscombe. It’s the perfect size for little ones. We have also loved his swimming lessons. It’s been so amazing seeing his confidence and development grow during the lessons, but also love seeing him have so much fun. The team are so friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend to all my friends :)

   We love swimming lessons at Liscombe! My son started when he was 16 weeks old and has loved it. His confidence has really grown in the water, which makes you feel a lot more confident when in the water with them. It is always made fun by the staff with their energy and enthusiasm, that they put into the classes. From entering Liscombe you're always made to feel very welcome. There is a lovely cafe upstairs, post swimming along with the added bonus of a soft play.
