   Took my 9 year old to have her ears pierced. Liam was so lovely, explained everything to her thoroughly. She was desperate to have her ears pierced but was quite nervous, Liam was very calm, patient and reassuring. We saw the jewellery come out of the cleaner / steriliser machine and the whole place was very clean and professional. For the actual piercing my daughter said she didnt even feel it! She still can't get over that ! She is over the moon with her new piercing and we would definitely use Otium in the future and recommend to others. Also parking is nice and easy, The Quitins / Asda is 2 hours free so loads of time to whip into the shop and get back.

   I had a fantastic experience with Liam! His passion and knowledge about luxury jewellery really shine through. The selection was incredible—so many stunning, high-quality pieces to choose from. I went in to have my nose stud removed before an MRI and left with the most beautiful pink septum clicker. I couldn’t be happier! The jewellery is not only gorgeous but also durable and long-lasting. I’ll definitely be back for more. Highly recommend!

   Absolutely amazing. I was super nervous to get my nose pierced but Liam was so nice and explained everything to me before doing anything. His staff are also lovely and offered me a fizzy drink afterwards to help with my shaking! Felt so accommodated and comfortable

   I won a competition Liam hosted for a beautiful piece of jewellery which lead me to finally head over for a piercing. After my sister having been pierced by Liam many times, I knew I would be in safe hands!    Had a very positive experience at Otium with Liam. My daughters piercing (done elsewhere) developed a sore lump at the back after being knocked. He changed the jewellery for her and was very knowledgeable, calm and friendly. Would recommend them for children's piercings.

   I cannot recommend Otium enough, I have had piercings here and also took my 10 year old daughter to have her ears pierced here. Liam made the experience such an excellent one. He is professional, reassuring, knowledgeable and friendly. If anyone asks me about having piercings I recommend Otium every time. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

   I've been going to Liam for 5 years for all my piercings and laser tattoo removal and he's brilliant. He's very experienced and does everything to put you at ease, as well as giving you good aftercare advise for everything. If you ever have a question or need help he's very prompt at answering messages too which has gotten me out of trouble many times. Would highly recommend to anyone!

   Taking my 11 year old to Otium was my first encounter with the world of piercing and it was excellent. The website is elegantly designed, clear and easy to use. When we got there, Liam was gentle and welcoming. The studio was impeccably clean and well designed. There were beautiful photographs taken by the man himself on the wall. What could have been traumatic with our lass who can be a full queen of drama was the opposite. Efficient, professional and calm. Thank you.
