We Visited Claire’s accessories in Brighton two days ago and my daughter had her ears pierced by a really lovely lady called Billie. I told Billie how nervous my daughter was and that she struggles with decision making along with other things. Billie was so understanding and made the process very easy. Her assistant, make the area very clean and ready before Billie went through everything step by step with us both. She allowed my daughter to sit on the chair for a while to get used to the chair before explaining everything in depth. Billie went through each stage with her and never opened the earring packet until my daughter felt completely ready. Billie gave lots of choices so that my D, could process everything slowly and was able to decide on how she wanted them pierced ( on the count of 3, ready steady go, etc) My D, was offered breaks in between each piercing and showed her all the instruments being used. Thank you Billie for making her feel so at ease and welcomed into the store. We will be returning for mummy’s ears next as promised! ( and part of the deal) we even went on to buying two further pairs of earrings that Billie herself was wearing. Highly recommend this store for service.

Billy was very professional, kind and very gentle. She gets 5 Stars from me. The reason for giving one star is I asked for the cheapest option and they did not tell me that there is one. They charged me £30 for Ears piercing but online they had £22 option available. I am very disappointed with this. This was my 1st and will be my last visit.

Cute accessories for little girls. The shop assistants were nice and friendly.

Perhaps it was naive of me to expect good customer service from a company built on overpriced tat and the exploitation of cheap foreign labour. Ordinarily I would avoid all dealings with Clair's on the basis that they offer neither good value nor good quality but my 9 year old daughter shops without cynicism. She and a friend popped into the Brighton branch today and bought a £12 key ring, she walked out of the shop, realised her mistake and went back 15 mins later to return the item. the staff member who served them refused to take it back. Despite remembering them she sent them away upset, an act of unpleasant carelessness. To my daughter £12 constitutes a large amount of money. They hadn't been given a receipt at the point of sale so refund was apparently 'impossible' I would expect better from a company that rely on children's pocket money for much of their income. Would it not be sensible to treat their main demographic with some respect ? Do your self a favour and avoid this vendor. The very worst street market rubbish sold without decency or charm at high street prices. A swollen pus filled earlobe of a shop. Shameful

Just finished work in churchill sqaure , the security system has been changed recently which we hadn't been told so had to wait for security to let us out. 3 of us are stood next to Claires waiting for security come only for the 'manager' of Claires to start being rude and calling us idiots 'because the mall closed 45 minutes ago and we should have left ages ago and now we're stuck waiting for security'. Very very unprofessional thing to do as a manager , especially for her to be so rude with the assumption we were customers.

My daughter who is 8 years old accidentally purchased some fake nails here, unfortunately this product is only for over 18’s. So I went to return it 20 mins later only to find an extremely unhelpful assistant manager who would not give me the time of day to help me or return it, or give me her name or her heads offices details to make a complaint. Her reason is she won’t, not can’t, allow me to refund a £10 item that had not used and only just brought. Even though the item shouldn’t of been allowed to be purchased with the intent of an 8 year old using an adult item. Terrible form and incredibly bad management, hope the company can address this and their management teams attitude towards customers

Staff had been gentle but I don't know if they were polite. The stuff they sell from their brand looks and feels cheap. The price tag on them seem to be quite unreasonable. They had an offer buy three get another three free. But it appears that it was a life for customers to spend more money there on stuff they don't need. Had a lot of stuff for that small store.
