   New, no positive action to date… Dear Jewsons, What does it take? Full payment has been made, my dear friend remains with an incomplete kitchen. Heath issues are being exasperated by the stress of this situation, totally understand that these matters are of no concern to yourselves but possibly other who are considering home changing changes maybe. You have all details, you seem to conspire with your recommended project manager to shift all responsibility’s to the purchaser. I fear this will result in continued adverse reaction and possible litigation. ————————————-/- I weep for my dear friend, all money has already paid, but she still has an incomplete kitchen after a whole year... She has health issues and the Jewsons recommended project manager dodges all outstanding works with veiled threats, shifting responsibility to the purchaser. Overall task is incomplete, she has to use her dining table for a kitchen and her bathroom tap is not working following the initial kitchen works. Much money has been paid, much stress, anxiety and frustration experienced, very little or no support or regular update from suppliers or their agent through the whole process. This is not service, this is not support, this is a liable disgrace that needs attention.. Please consider, be cautious and be warned before entering into any agreement with these guys.

   I paid over£150 for wood battens and very shocked with what they delivered..I have emailed them and calling in tomorrow to discuss the situation with them..but I am not happy having to go all the way back wasting time.. I will let you know what they say and do about this...

   TERRIBLE!!!! DO NOT USE LAZY STAFF allowed a 70 year old man to walk approximately 100 meters with nearly 40kg of lead on his own while they watched from their seats! I can't overstate my absolute DISGUST and I will NEVER USE THIS STORE AGAIN!!!!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

   No problem with the quality, range and layout of the showroom, building store, yard and storage. The employees are very helpful and are trained to support and approach potential customers who are not tradesmen, and certainly clarify how they can help you and take you through the buying process.
