   Not the biggest store I've ever been in but it had everything I needed. I went to collect an item, pressed the button for assistance and was attended to within 30 seconds. 15 seconds after that another member of staff came to assist me. Everywhere was clean and tidy and at the time I went there was enough staff to deal with everything from serving to assisting and stocking shelves.

   Never have the most ordinary or basic of DIY items allways get told to go to stockport given up and now go to Markovitz where they are helpful and you can get everything lol Buxton Building Supplies are very good as well both are cheaper than BnQ

   Refused a refund despite not using the item. Manager believed item was used because it had dust on it. Would not back down. Very fustrating as I knew it hadn't as I didn't even have the right accessories for it to be. Had to sell item on Facebook. Small loss.

   Reduced stock to some bigger stores but still a good range. Some items are extortionate prices some are fair. Therefore good to know about the value of products you wish to buy. Staff have limited knowledge on some items
