The staff are extremely friendly and helpful- five stars for them, but disappointing product range. Went in to buy three fairly common items- WD40, Unibond Aero 360 refill and a cat flea collar; all out stock with no idea when back in. Also the same smear of faeces has been present in the DIY section for months now.
I’ve popped into this local Wilko’ several times within the last month as I’ve recently moved to the area and needed to furnish my new property. With a great variety of items, I’ve almost solely used this Wilko’ to buy everything I needed for my new place. I find their prices to be unbeatable (locally speaking), the store itself is kept nice, clean and organised. Lastly, the service is always outstanding; nothing is too much to ask for, in regards to the staff, who are plentiful and always willing to help answer any questions/queries. Special shout-out to CHRISTINE who has looked after me on a number of occasions; she’s a true superstar and an absolute credit to the company! I look forward to popping in again soon. Cheers!

Lots of empty shelves, 1 staff member on the till with a massive queue 3 staff members standing around talking. It's like this pretty much every time I go in
The store is clean and staff are generally friendly and efficient, but I noticed prices are climbing and a lot of stuff out of stock. There was a long queue at the tills, too, as only one was open, and there was as long a queue for the self service checkouts.
A brilliant go to shop for home and stationery needs. Its a has good selection and competitive prices. Staff dont always know what products are there but still friendly and helpful.
Doesn't ever seem to be enough staff on although the staff that work there are all pleasant and welcoming. The lift is always broken so it's a nuisance for customers with prams or wheel chairs if they wish to shop for home wear! Other than that they have some great offers on cleaning & beauty products and who doesn't love a pic n mix!
