   I find the real test of a company or supplier is how they perform when something goes wrong. The window we received was good quality and arrived on time. Unfortunately we broke one of the panes whilst fitting and have received great service and help from the team in obtaining a replacement. Would recommend!

   We had Mark attend our property today to mend our window frames and cills after the guys fitting the external insulation damaged the finish. They had left sticky residue, deep scratches and light cuts in our brand new UPVC frames. Mark arrived and quickly set to work polishing and deep cleaning. They are all back to a great standard and we are very pleased. Thanks Mark, would highly recommend.
