Fitted us a pair of field gates, Carl assessed the job and gave us options, lads came to fit on time and were professional and polite, and did a great job! Cannot recommend highly enough!
Don’t go near Terrible company and service when they have taken your money they are not interested if you have any problems with faulty gates. They try to pass the responsibility and don’t want to know. One of the chaps who fitted the gates said about the issues we had and that it does happen, the boss doesn’t want to know and turned shirty about it I think you’re response Lyndsey is completely false as you well know. The posts are huge robust posts that are completely suitable. The gates have not been fitted correctly and as such they keep dropping. When you’re chap came to fix the gate the first time he said they do drop and that’s common. We do have a witness to that statement. When I contacted you yesterday for the second time regarding the faulty gates you tried to dismiss it and pass the responsibility blaming the posts. I have this displayed in my messages. I don’t think as a business you clearly have any customer service skills and once money is paid you don’t want to know if there are any problems. We have paid a lot of money for gates that are faulty and don’t lock. You obviously haven’t seen the gates or posts because you haven’t been out to see them so how can you possibly comment on something you haven’t seen. It was your employees that fitted the gates and said the posts were fine. I don’t think anyone would want to use a company that lies and covers up problems regarding their work when customers pay a lot of money, and refuse to correct any faults. Again, terrible service and company
Great services, had installed 2 gates and a front door. Quality wise, no doubt that B K Timber have delivered as described. Fully recommend the company and its professionalism.
We've had a pair of oak gates installed today, the service has been excellent. From when Carl visited, measured and quoted to the two fitters installing them. Quality brilliant - would highly recommend them. Very impressed.

The quality of the gates are second to none and really do look superb. Their communication and customer service has been spot on and I’d recommend them to anyone! I needed to replace two old sheds with one. Carl & Lindsay have me a quote on our measurements including install. Carl came round to measure made some recommendations and we were pleased to receive our new shed today. It’s a quality product excellent customer service from the installers today and left the garden spotless. Don’t waste your money on the internet speak to Carl & Lindsay. Highly recommend
I really can not thank Carl and his team at B K Timber enough…. They have built my little boy an amazing bespoke tree / play house! It’s absolutely amazing. It’s been supplied and fitted by the team at a really reasonable price. It’s amazing quality and it really will stand the test of time for both my boys to enjoy for years to come. I did make the mistake of buying one online which was really poor quality, it rotted really quickly and with one gust of wind it blew over and smashed! BK timbre have made us all very happy. Lovely team! Beat play house ever !
