   Popped into store with my jigsaw this morning looking for replacement blades, just so happened I asked the store manager for assistance on where they were located, he walked me to the aisle and even helped me choose and asked what wood I was cutting, he then even fitted them into my jigsaw, Great helpful customer service and great experience.

   I bought two large bags of Miracle Grow compost this week and was going to use them when planting up my garden pots. Thank goodness I checked the compost and discovered more than ten vine weevil eggs per scoop. Not impressed at all. All my plants would have died within a month. Check your compost.

   Very disappointed with their design service. The person that came to my house seemed to be very confident, profesional and knowledgeable. After listening to what I wanted to archive, I’ve showed lots of photos, ideas and explained very well the look I was going for with my bathroom. I even told the person “ Do you want me to send some photos to your email so you remember the look I’m going for ?” The person said no, I know exactly what you want. The design I’ve receive to my email was beyond disappointing. A dull, not modern bathroom without any of the things I’ve mentioned in the appointment. Really think and 8 year old with an iPad could have done a better job.

   Since previously being sent home to "try it again" with faulty goods I was trying to return things have improved. Service is good and they're are a couple of guys there who will assist with any queries and are really helpful. Stock still runs out quite quickly which is frustrating, but it's close to home and will do.

   Had quite a shopping list for today and managed to get everything except door hinges, needed 5 pairs and there was only 2 left so we'll get those next time. Everything was well laid out with easy to understand pricing (unit/pack). Helpful advice from staff too.
