    Called in because it was open late and my usual place was closed. I have never been able to get what I need from this shop, so gave up trying years ago, but would have thought I could get a basic TV wall bracket, how wrong I was. Fancy brackets with articulated arms for big TVs and expensive (£80)! Got sorted for next day with Amazon for £11 the next day.

    B&Q has got it's discount system all wrong. There is now a minimum spend of, £1k before a discount is applied and then only on certain goods, useless. It's makes no sense as they certainly aren't the cheapest, discountd are available from other suppliers at much lower prices and Wickes for example, offers 10% on all items applied at the till.
