    Very disappointing. I called 5 days in advance (Monday) to arrange the hire of a whacker plate to be collected Saturday. I arrived at the depot to find it closed. I called and spoke to someone from a different depot who told me that they had gone out on a breakdown but he would try to find one from another depot and arrange delivery. I didn’t hear anything for an hour so called for an update and was told they were sorting it out and that I would get a call. After another 90 minutes of no contact, I called again to be told the same thing. I gave up chasing after that and didn’t hear anything further.

    All aspects of our portaloo hire experience went above and beyond expectations. Easy to arrange, friendly and efficient staff. In fact it’s a long time since we experienced better service. The phone was answered almost instantly. The loo was delivered and refreshed weekly as arranged. Not that simple a job as a busy building site had to be navigated. It was easy to use, keep fresh and clean. Finally we felt the hire was incredible value for money. Anyone shopping around couldn’t go wrong with ITP hire.

    I cannot recommend this place enough and have been shouting about it to all my friends! We were let down by another larger company the day before our hire was meant to begin over the bank holiday weekend and while scrabbling around trying to find a replacement, Sam at ITP Hire got back in touch really quickly and sorted us out. The whole process from booking through to delivery and collection was so easy and stress free. And came in over £100 cheaper than we were paying through the larger company! We are in the process of a large renovation and we are already planning to hire from them again soon. Massive thank you to everyone at ITP!

    Hired a mini digger from these guys. Never used one before but got easy instructions and advice and I was away! The kit was great and did the job perfectly and the team were on hand at all times to answer any questions. The service is A1 here, would thoroughly recommend whether you’re a novice or a professional.

    dont bother with a carpet cleaner from here. didnt work correctly, staff couldn't care less. waste of time and money. used to be so much better and caring here. now they will rent you broken equipment and say.."ah yes, thats the way this one is..." your reply is an outright lie. that is not how kartcher designed it. the machine did not work as it should. I am calling you a lier. this machine was not properly checked at return. you got a bad review because you supplied a broken machine then tried to justify it as a standard function. ive rented these machines many times. yours is broken. We have video of your machine in operation and the problems it has. if youre always willing to help, come and sort this carpet out!

    Definitely 5 star review. Hired cherry picker to paint 4 gable ends on house and top a conifer hedge. Fantastic friendly service and advice from all staff we dealt with. Staff called round at house and dropped additional power cable and transformer off when needed. Only good things to say about the whole service.
