   Best gym I've personal ever been to loads of benches loads of equipment nice staff massive inside as on holiday got few day passes only 5 pound each can go when your 14 it's great

   Good machines and weights. Lots of cardio machines. Gets extremely busy at peak times. Toilets and water dispenser are across the road in the main building which isn’t ideal. Occasionally they will be closed with no warning to its members, such as 22/04/25.

   Nice to have new sports dome with various equipment, however you have to get changed in the old building across the road and walk over. Not great when it's raining. Also most of the men's lockers don't work and no lockers (except open bag storage) in the sports dome. Old building needs a revamp.

   Have enjoyed the access to gym and swimming pool. Good facilities and good staff. I'd like to give a special shout out to Jason Spencer who was kind enough to help me with my posture and a couple of alternative techniques. Really helpful and really knowledgeable. Top man.

   Used the climbing wall here. Very reasonably priced and friendly staff. The climbing wall is small but has over 90 separate problems ranging from grade 3 to ~7B, and a fun circuit too. There's lots of climbs for all abilities here.

   Good place just need a bit more professional staff, as they aren’t always helpful. For example I asked a staff to teach me how to use some of the machines and she was lazy to do so. She suggested I go to the free spaces and do regular exercises without using machines and recommended that it’s more effective than using the machines. But sorry why am I paying a membership if I don’t get to use the machines? I can do exercises at home I don’t need to pay to use their space. I was completely respectful and just continued exercising but I don’t feel confident going there again as I’m not sure if I need any help and advice they would do so. Leisure centre gym staff seems to be more helpful they would come and show you exactly how to use any machine and how to position yourself as well.
