I wouldn’t usually shop here because the prices exceed other supermarkets, but I had a voucher to use. There is a good range of produce. I found everything I needed. Staff are super helpful and polite.

Very helpful and friendly staff my experience here was like no other, when I went to the bakery section one of the staff refused to leave me go unless she figure out what I really need, same in the cheese section and the meet section

  3. A BLACKABY ★☆☆☆☆

Having shopped here for years as my main supermarket I try to now avoid it like the plague. However I used it this morning and thought it is the worst it has ever been. The trolleys are always faulty and more often than not I come out with a bad back, like I did today, they have no labels to mark these faulty ones so they just go back into the system. The choice of products compared to what used to be on offer has reduced dramatically even though you would think they have more space now they have closed the bakers and cafe. There also seems to be no logic to where items are and they are constantly reshuffling which is super annoying too. I also feel it is now the most expensive supermarket I shop in with less value for money or quality. Prices have gone up dramatically, some by 50 - 100% and what with inflation coming down etc it seems they may be taking advantage of the previous rise and now not taking the products back down or passing it back to the customer. I looked around today and it just felt messy, disorganised and I have to say grubby. Not a pleasant experience at all. The only good thing is the checkout staff are lovely however in my opinion it’s good downhill dramatically.

Inside, it's just an ordinary chain shop. It's a very nice building on the outside, it's great that they kept the style of the city. Although they are not the only ones who have done it. The assortment is usual, but everything is a bit more expensive than in other shops.

Shop is good, staff are usually very good but food is pretty expensive. If I go there I will walk from a carpark in a different location as it's almost always a nightmare to get out

We do main shop here. It's rare for them to rearrange the shop floor which is great. It's clean and the staff are super friendly. I think the bread section is the messiest bit, and coincidentally the place you'll find staff, but that's just lazy customers. The car park can get pretty busy around lunch time, and Christmas is heaving. There's plenty of room if you drive a fat car.

It's like Aldi, but 90% of the products are more expensive. It's like Tesco, but better. Lots of parking, sells what Sainsbury normally sell - food, clothes, beer, wine, freshly cooked chicken and pizza counter, bakery, etc. Recycling point here too and an Argos

The staff as always are helpful and kind. An added bonus this year was having marshals stop the traffic on the roundabout so Sainsbury's traffic could exit! That was genius! Thank you so much. Merry Christmas!

This place is amazing. The concept is brilliant. You can buy food, clothes, household goods, and even get your prescription. Whoever thought of combining all these different things under one roof is a genius. I'm just glad I live so close to such a revolutionary retail location.
