I still have to go to Kidsgrove Tesco cause you cant get most things from here......fresh cob bread sliced tiger loaf sliced etc cant get fresh grapefruit juice, blue energy drink 1ltr, and other items" its ok if you run out of milk.
I told all my family members and some of my friends what happened and not to go there when you enter for the first time you feel racism. The maid says that they accept delivery from (Evry) Company, but they do not have the printer to print the label. When I asked the second store located in the same area, he said that they have the printer
Part way through using self check out forgot I wanted a bottle of vodka. Asked the member of staff if she could put it through the check out so I could pay for all the shopping. She declined and said it was against policy. Why can I go in Tesco kidsgrove and pick up a bottle of vodka and put it through self check out but can’t in Sandyford? Doesn’t make sense especially when there was a security guard in store next to me.
Good for evri parcel drop off and quick call to pick up essentials. Limited as there are only baskets and not trolleys so can only pick up a few things at a time.
Why does it always smell like a sewage works in there?

Used the new Tesco yesterday and I was not impressed , everything is much more expensive than a big Tesco , the selection of goods wasn't great , the shelves are quite high and close together so it's a little clostraphobic, and staff were polite but miserable , I won't be using this shop again .
On arriving the first day this store was open,we entered,the first Isle had already, displayed reduced items due to expire which was a bit off putting to say it was newly opened. We continued to scope the shop for several everyday items,only to be disappointed in no availability of any. We noticed the store manager and thought he would be the best person to ask. We asked him for any frozen products in the shop that are (GF)free from (gluten free),at first he looked confused,then approached the freezer only to pick up a meat free item,asking us,is this item gluten free?,we then asked him your superstore provides customers with special dietary requirements,please show us where they are. The manager then said they have a tiny dry food section,which is barely anything. They dont stock any frozen,cant even get a pack of seabrook crisps (gf),The manager said, we are only a convenience store. Well,after being made feel unwelcome,dissapointed,and empty handed,unfortunately until your new express store includes ALL customers,we won't be going back yet. We love tesco,it would have been a great convenience store if it had actually included their special dietary requirement customer's, not much of a convenience store if there is nothing to buy. There is an app now you can download I think to check stock,to save you a journey,but until then we will be happily sticking to Hanley Tesco Extra store.
