   We had a bathroom fitted. Over a couple of hears noticed a damp smell. Found the shower had not been sealed in properly at the join with the shower door. Water had got into the wall, then the studs. Had to take out the shower and found all the studs were damp all round. Followed the water and found the toilet flush had also been leaking for years, under the flooring and behind the units A horrendous mess. I've had to rebuild the internal walls and fit my own bathroom. All done at 1/5th of the price Betta living charged us.

   Horrendous service, poor quality units. They supplied larder units that bow, complained and wasn't until 6 months they sent someone, who basically said thats how these units are. They supplied replacements eventually after i mentioned the Sales of goods and services act, which were the wrong size. A year later still waiting for them to complete the task.
