We went in with our dog. The lady who owns the shop is absolutely amazing. Luna had a fitting for a new lead y shape harness and a halter. Luna loved her experience as she suffers from stress ans anxiety.you mad our holiday Thank you
What a hidden gem! One of the best selections of collars, harnesses and leads that I've seen in a norfolk pet shop. Great range of natural treats and raw food as well. But the main thing that makes this shop great was the wonderful woman who served us today. She really took her time to make sure me and my pup were happy with the products we selected, giving us space to try on a harness and collar, as well as giving some really good advice on product selection and sizing. This was my first time visiting and I will definitely be a repeat customer! Plus the parking opposite is great - it's a big pay & display next to the marina, with lots of spaces and a fair hourly rate. After you've browsed the shop you can go for a lovely walk by the water and into the village for chips and to watch the boats and birds. Wonderful shop, please pay them a visit, you won't be disappointed!

Very Rude staff should you require to return a faulty item. Presented with "we don't do refunds even for faulty goods" and a sentence of "We've met a woman like you before". I believe they should brush up on consumer rights and carry out training on there customer service skills. Better to save you money & milage & order on Amazon, no wonder the High Street is on its knees. Very disappointed as I enjoy Shopping local, And Roy's of Wroxham have exceptional service.
Always have everything I need. Staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The lovely man even made a longer training lead for me. First class service and thoroughly recommended for all your dogs needs.
