Good selection of products,reasonably priced. Unfortunately the lady who served us seemed devoid of any warmth or personality. Even when we thanked her and wished her a good afternoon, she just turned her back and walked off. Not seen this in other branches, usually staff are friendly and polite. Hence 2 stars.
I brought my pet rabbit in on short notice, where he was diagnosed with myxomatosis. Sadly, I made the difficult decision to have him euthanized immediately for approximately £100. The staff, including the veterinarian, were exceptionally empathetic and prioritized keeping me informed throughout the entire process. They also offered to cremate my beloved pet for an additional fee. Additionally, the facility had a large free car park, so I didn't have to worry about parking issues.
I have bought two guinea pigs and visited the vet team as well. Very helpful & kind. I even called them for some advice and they were happy to help me!

Absolutely horrible no care in the world regarding there animals we got 4 Guinea pigs from pets at home and unfortunately 2 passed away and the other 2 had to be handed over to a rescue centre as they were suffering illness . The rescue centre also told us that pets at home over breed there sows Guinea pigs and they end up with no toes as a result in over breeding and they even take there baby Guinea pigs away from mum at 3 weeks and they should be with mum until 8 weeks or more. Pigs being taken at 3 weeks don’t have the right vitamins to fight off any infections or illness it’s absolutely disgusting they should be shut down for good

New puppy and new friends. One of very few places the has everything for your pet under one roof. Veterinary services included. Puddin loves the place, but mainly because of all the attention she gets.
Slightly better layout than before, animals are higher up so you can see them better. Layout of shop is slightly confusing as cat section is split into 3 bits and not sign posted. Good prices for cat toys and food. I go here to donate my recycling to the Hallswood charity box upstairs. Update 20.08.2021 4 Rabbits, 3 gerbils, Russian dwarf hamsters and some guides pigs for sale.
