   From the first day of meeting Craig we knew we were in safe hands. He worked hard to find a solution that was perfect for us and during the build went beyond with his care and detail. Both Craig and Harry were extremely professional in their work, ensuring that we were happy at all stages, giving clear explanations to the many questions we asked them. Always on time and worked the full day to reach the various stages. Attention to detail was everything to them both, and you could tell that they carry out their work with great pride. We both would recommend them without reservation!

   I had no prior experience with ponds before starting my garden project, and Craig from Aquafanatics was brilliant from start to finish. He took the time to clearly explain everything — from the different types of pond liners and their pros and cons (we decided on a fibreglass finish in the end) to the various pump options suitable for the water volume and the type of fish I might keep. Craig was assisted by his colleague Harry, and together they showed great attention to detail throughout the installation. Both made sure everything was kept clean and tidy as they worked, and the area was spotless once the job was completed. Their knowledge, professionalism, and care made the whole process straightforward and enjoyable. Craig also suggested adding a water blade feature with a separate pump to run it independently, which has turned out to be a fantastic addition. The workmanship and finish are excellent, and I’m absolutely delighted with the result. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Craig, Harry, and the team at Aquafanatics to anyone considering a pond — whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to upgrade an existing setup.

   After almost 40 years of having a garden pond I have finally found someone who is both totally reliable and possessing an extensive knowledge of everything aqua. Two days ago my pump decided to pack up. By good fortune I found Craig Hunt and AquaFanatics and problem solved. Today a new pump was both delivered and fitted by Craig with the minimum of fuss and at a very reasonable cost. Ponds tend to be unpredictable, needing help when you least expect it but I know I have no worries in future. One call is all it takes and problem solved.

   From the first time that Craig came to assess what we needed I cannot stress enough how highly we were impressed. His whole attitude and approach was friendly and courteous. His knowledge and advice was spot on. We needed a new pump,filter and fountain. He gave us informed choices of equipment appropriate for a pond of our size and easy to use with room to grow. The work was carried out expertly, efficiently and he was extremely tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend Craig for any pond work that one needs.

   After I purchased a 57 gallon aquarium I began to experience significant health issues, then started to struggle to keep my much-loved tank running with regular water changes, filter upkeep and general maintenance etc. My local fish suppliers helpfully gave me the details of AquaFanatics so after arranging for Craig to come over he provided a free assessment of the services they can provide. So initially there was a full service undertaken then we worked out a budget friendly maintenance package that included cleaning filters, algae removal, gravel cleaning and of course a water change, he then carefully puts everything back again. Without AquaFanatics especially Craig the joy of owning my own beautiful aquarium would be short-lived I can honestly say they’re always friendly, helpful and never spills a drop!

   Craig is a true gentleman. From starting with enquires to the finished result (a new lining, a little landscaping touchup, a new UV pump and filter and care of the fish), we could not be more impressed and pleased with the process.
