   Second time ordering and I cant believe how bad they have been. Items sent broken and not fit for purpose. Sent 2 emails with evidence which went ignored. Escalated with paypal which prompted cozypet to reply. Only offered credit no refund, when all I originally wanted was replacement parts. They doubled down on making me pay for a return even though their products and service do not meet consumer rights act (2015). Took a PayPal review to fix. Paypal ruled in my favour for a full refund and not having to return items. I would avoid this company in future or be prepared to fight for your money back! Could have been handled with just decent customer service.

   Ripped me off I brought a product off they eBay site , the company have left this outside my home I have not received it and they are doing nothing too sort this out . I wish I had read these reviews before buying off this person. However the feedback I shall be leaving will stop people buying in future for sure

   BEWERE OWNER SHOUTED DOWN THE PHONE AND DID NOT REFUND. SCAMMERS! WOULDNT GIVE ME REFUND ID AS WAS NEVER DONE! Worst company I've ever had to deal with! Shouted as i left bad review like that other people on here trying to warn people! Bought a item through ebay. Rubbish terrible seller. Told me to close the case for them to be able to refund me. I closed it and awaiting refund. (More fool me) £80 wasted. Terrible seller. Wish I'd viewed all the reviews. Scammers just took money and doesn't care. (Update thanks to claire for sorting the refund)

   My wife purchased a Cozy Pets 36 inch dog cage via a well known supplier as we decided our dog needed a bigger cage. When it arrived it seemed a little flimsy and the panels did not sit together very well. We also noted how thin the wire was compared with our old tried and trusted cage. Our dog is a small dog, not particularly active, but it is young, and it is used to cages. The dog spent one night in the cage and we came down to find he had bent the bottom of the end door inwards by around 2 inches. We let the dog out by the side door, and straightened the other door as best we could. We popped out for 30 mins (again with the dog in the cage) and when we returned the bars were all bent, the door pulled in again and this time some of the welds holding the bars had come away leaving sharp ends protruding into the cage. Very Dangerous indeed! The cage was obviously not fit for purpose, being dangerous and unusable after less than 2 days use. We contacted Cozy Pets who couldn't have been more rude and condescending. Telling us it was our misuse and they would not accept responsibility for their poor workmanship. We are still trying to get a refund and will keep trying, but I would recommend that no one should consider this company to be a supplier of quality pet products. If you value your pets, avoid Cozy Pets like the plague!

   Awful customer service and the rats fit through the bars in the cage. Its sold as suitable for rats but its definitely not and the cage came with no screws to put it together... i would be ashamed to be apart of this business in anyway

   This has to be one of the worst customer service experiences ever. I ordered a cage, which arrived damaged. I still tried to build it, following the instructions. Wood panels came scuffed, and sharp aluminium rails weren't cut properly - smaller bars were even too large to fit. I emailed asking for help, and all I was told was "you are supposed to assemble it without screwing the screws in". I wrote back and asked which piece of furniture ever requires being held together by hands, without screwing it in until the end? Not to mention the instructions themselves literally told me to screw them in as I went along. After many back and forth emails, they never resolved the issue. She never apologised once for what had happened and had consistently told me I had done it wrong. For some reason she also asked for numerous photos of the defective panels, and never did anything with them - simply ignored me. I don't know how vendors like this are still allowed to sell and take people's money - but they need to be avoided and shut down at once.

   I have a few products from this company....the RC01, RC02 and my most recent purchase, the RC03. I am beyond happy with the quality of the cages, customer Service, and speed of delivery. I am registered blind and managed to assemble each cage every time without any assistance, within about 30 minutes.

   Super friendly owner. Great selection of cages at very reasonable prices. I really cannot fault them at all. As you can see, I have *lots* of animals. Luckily, I can buy good cages and equipment to suit almost every one of them at prices which won't bankrupt me. I can't praise them highly enough, and I am hard to please.
