AVOID AT ALL COST!!! SCAMMER ALERT!!! Everytime, try to charge me £10 extra for "dematting". We said no but she still cut it and charge me for it. £10 is nothing for us but the attitude and communication from the groomer, horrible!
Took our husky for her regular groom today, very pleased with the results, as always. Came out looking and smelling clean and beautiful. Would definitely recommend. 5 star service again.
I cannot get my head around what i just witnessed. I brought my maltese in for a nail trim. She is very nervous, and though has never bitten anyone EVER. i advised in advance a muzzle may be easier for everyone. But i made it very clear she gets very very scared and nervous. I left her with them and was advised to wait around for 10mins. Within about 2 minutes i heard her screaming at the top of her lungs, so so distressed. I walked back to the groom window and she was muzzled and tided but was clearly distressed. Naively i assumed that making it clear she was nervous would mean that were patient with her. But i was clearly wrong. They were straight in there, and made her bleed. And then continued to cut her nails with no patience for her at all. PINNING HER DOWN! Putting their weight on her and cutting them regardless of the absolute distress. Eventually after many eye rolls from the lady doing it, they gave up. I would have rather they gave up after 1 attempt instead of multiple attempts making her more and more distressed. I cannot believe the way they treated her! She is absolutely tiny, and caused no threat to them with a muzzle on. So to distress her that much, and continue to do so, while pinning her down, instead of spending time reassuring her...its absolutely disgusting!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Took my little girl pixie there she absolutely loved it came home looking and smelly lovely staff were helpful and friendly aswell pixie will definitely be going back for next pampering

Lovely place. My little maisie has been there twice now. On both occasions she has arrived a little stressed because she is not a big fan of the car, but she loves it once she is there! They are so good with her and she comes away looking beautiful.
First visit yesterday with my dog. The girls were very efficient and friendly with my dog. He's always very nervous of new people and places. As a rescue dog we know very little about his background and they listened to everything I told them both on the phone and in the groom room. He came out as I expected, looking very handsome, cute, manicured and smelt georgeous. The price was on par with other groomers I've used in the past. Booking was easy on line. Would not hesitate to recommend in the future. Well done girls.
I bought my 11 month old Akita in today 28/12/17 he’s currently in shedding season. The girls were amazing with him (he’s shy and can be nervous around new people and places ) they done such a fantastic job in just two hours , he looks fantastic I will definitely be bringing him back regularly now.?He had the polar special and de shredding. Finally my hoover can have a rest instead of being on every couple of hours m. Thank you ladies I have a very happy and clean puppy xx
