   Absolutely fantastic. Everything from start to finish was impressive. We are 300 miles away from Northampton but that was not a problem at all for us. We created space for a walk in wardrobe in our new home and we searched for a suitable company to help us design something special. We stumbled across Bergari in Northampton which happens to be where we moved from! Initial contact was by email with subsequent communication by WhatsApp and telephone in the main, but we did also meet a couple of times at the Bergari office whilst visiting family. It was clear from the outset that Serge has the same OCD and eye for detail that I do! That is a big positive. The design process with input from us at every stage was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and visually showing multiple options for specific aspects was very welcome. In our view, it was essential to visit the office/showroom to get ideas and, importantly, choose materials. Serge has access to seemingly endless materials but he spent time with us suggesting things that he felt would work. As for timescales, we started the process in March/April with an installation in November. That was dictated by us, the process is “normally” approx three months. Installation given the distance had the potential to be problematic but not with Bergari. I am extremely confident and competent with DIY and Serge felt that I could take on the work myself, with some remote support from him if I got stuck. However, we enquired about the cost of his team travelling to us. No problem! Two incredible installers arrived and immediately set to work. They were amazing. No fuss, no problem with anything at all. They did not cut corners, just cracked on for three days with an eye for detail and a very high quality of workmanship. We almost wouldn’t know they were in the house at all other that the inevitable background noise of a power tool or hammer when needed. The team cleaned up as they went along and kept dust to a minimum - I don’t know how they managed to do it in such a confined space. Amazingly, the fit against the ceiling and walls is just about perfect. No need for copious amounts of caulk or silicone- non at all. The fit is really that good. The end result is absolutely stunning. It is everything we hoped for and better in real life than anything on paper or in computer images. The walk in wardrobe is clearly bespoke and there is no mistake about that when you see it. It is properly made to measure and beautifully fitted. We highly recommend Bergari and only wish we had found them prior to having our media TV wall and display cabinet built by another company in Cornwall.

   I’m very pleased with the work Serge and his team at Bergari carried out in my home. They installed a bespoke under-stair storage unit, a beautiful glass balustrade, and a glass kitchen unit — all completed to a very high standard. The quality of both the products and the workmanship exceeded my expectations. Serge also provided excellent advice, design input, and practical guidance throughout the process, which really helped bring the vision to life. The team worked professionally, with great attention to detail, and everything was fitted precisely and with care.    Absolutely fantastic all round. Serge advised on best way to utilise space for two large bedroom units. The quality of the units are absolutely top notch, Plus the overall costs were so much more affordable than the so called “bigger” companies. His team who came to fit the units were efficient & exceptional fitters. Plus they actually cleared up after themselves & respected my property.    Serge and his team from Bergari were fantastic in helping us to achieve a beautiful fitted wardrobe solution in our new loft conversion. We wanted to reuse existing doors from an IKEA pax wardrobe and they accommodated this request within our design which not many other people we looked at would do. He helped us plan the internals to maximise the space and allow us to store all our clothes efficiently. He also designed us some shelving to convert an old wardrobe into a home office cupboard with the left over materials from the main project. We did have to wait a few months but it was more than worth it. The build quality is superb, all fixtures are premium, soft close mechanisms and everything feels really solid. Thank you so much Serge!

   We are absolutely delighted with our fitted wardrobes. We live in an old cottage with very wonky walls and they made them to fit the space perfectly. Serge was very reliable and turned up when he said he would. The fitter was very skilled, polite, neat and tidy and worked extremely hard to get the job finished to perfection. We can highly recommend this company. They are fantastic and a rare to find these days.

   I cannot praise Bergari Ltd highly enough! Serge was extremely professional from the outset, offering advice and guidance on the storage we requested. He was friendly, encouraged our input and was very reliable indeed. He proved to be a very good listener - we got exactly what we wanted/needed. We are delighted with our large under-stair storage and our expansive built-in (dormer) wardrobe, both of which make maximum use of all previously unusable space. The work was completed to budget and timescale and is of exceptional quality. Modern and beautiful, yet practical and affordable too! Serge and Igor worked diligently to complete the project, keeping all areas clean and tidy, whilst being very easy to be around. All we can say is we would happily recommend Bergari Ltd and thank you very much indeed!
