Women called Claire who works at these Kennels is the rudest women I have ever spoken to. Will never take my dog there, as she is aggressive & wouldn’t trust her with anything.
Owners are really nice people, great with the pets and owners . Our dogs stayed many times and been just fine
We took 2 dogs and 3 cats for a weeks stay, river our youngest dog is absolutely nuts so I was worried about her but she had the best time and has come back a bit calmer. The owners are so friendly and down to earth lovely people. We would recommend this place 100% And will definitely use again 100% Thanks again for taking care of our animals
Such fabulous kennels. The owners are the most caring and considerate. Our dogs get so excited when they go. It means we can relax and know our dogs are well taken care of. Wouldn’t leave my dogs anywhere else and have been using them for more than 10 years.
We have used Acorn Bank for many years looking after our 3 Boxer dogs we initially lived locally but continued to take our Boxers to Acorn Bank when we moved to South Norfolk as they look after our boys so well, well looked after. Charles/James/Tommy

My little dog Hardy has been to this kennels many times. He absolutely loves it and always gets excited when we go there to see the girls again. I have always found that all the staff are friendly, helpful and will always go above and beyond to assist you. Their telephone manner is very professional and the premises are always clean, tidy. Overall I am very happy with the service that they provide and they deserve a 5 star rating for everything they do.
