   A really wonderful vets. We've had interactions with many members of the team over the past couple of years - vets, nurses and receptionists - and without exception they have been brilliant, in both routine care and a couple of emergencies. Friendly, knowledgeable, flexible, reassuring, and clearly a genuine care for people and their pets. I can't recommend them highly enough.

   We’ve registered our kitten and seen the lovely vet Natalie and the amazing nurses. Natalie was very informative re all things kitten care and involved my children. The nurses inspired my 10 year old and she now wants to be a veterinary nurse. Everyone that works at the vets has been very kind and welcoming. They clearly love the animals and all the staff seem very happy in their workplace which is always a great sign. Thank you Rackheath Vets.

   Both my dogs Sophie and Lexi went in to have their teeth cleaned and Lexi had to have 6 teeth removed. I must say the care from the reception team to the nurses to the vets was fantastic. The care they gave my dogs was 100% throughout. I have just joined rackheath due to my old vet trying to sell me procedures that my dogs did not need. Changing to Rackheath vets is the best decision I have made for my dogs and for me. The care they have for animals is so clear. I would recommend anyone thinking of changing vets to join Rackheath vets. Thank you all at Rackheath Vets for looking after my dogs so well and caring for them

   I have my 4 cocker spaniels and my cat registered with Rackheath and always receive brilliant service. I like the out of hours is with Westover too. Recently had to take my old boy to see Chris due to tummy troubles that wouldn't settle. Rather than trying to get me to have bloods/ scans right away he treated him with meds and within 24 hours his tummy was back to normal. Always able to get an appointment and reception staff are extremely helpful.

   Chris the vet kindly came out on very short notice to complete end of life care for my beloved 17 year old cat Bailey. Bailey was so very special to us, and Chris was just the perfect person to be there at the end of his life. Chris was kind, gentle, warm - everything you could wish for in a person to care for your pet. There are not enough thank you’s I can say, it really meant the world to us. Holly, Paul and family x
