   Our 3 cats had never been in a cattery before and my wife was worried about leaving them. Once we picked them up, it was clear there was no need to worry. They were with Julie and her team for over 3 weeks while we moved house and they came back in perfect form, both mentally and physically!! We will be using Bay Willow again and highly recommend them.

   First time for me at Bay Willow Cattery and I was greeted by a very friendly owner, who is quite obviously a cat lover. This left me feeling very confident and happy that my two "boys", would be well looked after. After collecting them today, I could tell very soon after getting them home that they were a lot less stressed then their previous stays at other local catteries. They have got straight back into their usual routines as if they'd never been away. This is a positive for me, as my cats are not usually very good with new people or surroundings. It was a pleasure to deal with Julie and I will definitely be going back again. Thoroughly recommend them........
