   I go to this convenience store for dropping off my Yodel parcels and it is the only place in Alsager that sells Crabbies ginger beer!! The staff are all very friendly too. You can get lots of snacks and it is great if you need to grab a few items like milk, bread or cheese. You pay for the convenience of this little shop. It has a huge range of bottled and cans of beer & cider and lots of wines from around the world. I highly recommend it.

   terrible service, waited ages to be served, with a huge queue forming behind me, then was told they wouldn’t take my parcel as it was ‘too big’ and yet i have never had issues elsewhere sending the same sized parcels, no sorry no nothing.

   advertise their snappy shopper delivery service and don’t know why. was told i’d have my items by 8.15pm, have rang over 40 times and the money has gone straight out my account. now past closing and i have nothing. mental.

   Went to collect a Yodel parcel, waited in queue for 5 minutes, sent away and told to come back later because the paypoint machine wasn't working? Tried to ask if there was any contingencies as I had travelled there to collect, had my email ready, had my ID in my hand, could they write down the code and enter it later when it worked? But got cut off mid sentence and told come back later :/ Shame as my daughters love shopping there.
