   I can’t praise Rowan House Vets highly enough, the love and care they’ve shown our Chocolate Labrador Max is amazing nothing is ever too much trouble. Max is a bit of star there as he’s got up to a lot of trouble but he’s so well looked after by everyone, he’s had several serious operations but the team do everything they possibly can to reassure you and you’re kept well informed every step of the way and you get 1st class aftercare. All the team are so very welcoming, Max gets lots of cuddles from everyone but especially from Sophie and Grace. Thank you all so much for all your help and expertise and especially the tea and sympathy we got for this latest episode with our boy.

   We love Rowan House! I’m not going to say we are here often, monthly - but sometimes more. Rue (my dog) loves it here, she is treated like a VIP (VID? Very important dog!?) she knows all the staff, they greet her and give her cuddles and she smiles with excitement everytime we go! Honestly, the best vets we have ever been to! They give great service, they care, the staff is wonderful and honest, they treat us with kindness and respect. It’s not often that someone can say their dog enjoys going to the vet but she is excited to go, excited for the appointment and overall just loves to come here! I don’t blame her because I don’t mind taking her ☺️ If I could rate more than five stars I would.

   Very pleased with the care & experience we've received from Rowan House Vets. Everyone including the reception staff, nurses & vets have been extremly welcoming and have recently gone above & beyond what I'd have expected. We moved here from another local vet looking for a "second opinion" in December and now I've been left dissapointed that we didn't start here from Day 1! Thank you for everything you've done.

   I can’t stress enough just how good these guys are. They are always very friendly to both owners and pets. If you want a vet that genuinely cares about your animal and is totally transparent about costs and details, go here. There’s also a lovely cafe if you have to wait that’s reasonably priced with great coffee and sausage rolls!

   I did post a good review, but I've changed my mind. I bought my dog in for his jabs. What I got was a prolonged lecture about my Dog’s weight. When you keep banging on and ignoring the social signs to shut up then you are attacking me. I won’t return.
