   I’ve shopped at this Morrisons for years, but it’s really gone downhill over the last two years since the new management (apparently the reason). Shelves are often empty or messy, basics run out, and the whole place feels disorganised now. Customer service has slipped too, fewer checkouts open and longer queues never any enough staff on the self service. The cafe isn’t what it used to be either, and with options like McDonald’s nearby, I don’t know why anyone would choose to eat there anymore. Meanwhile, the new Aldi nearby is better, brighter, warmer, and the staff seem much happier. It’s a shame, because Morrisons used to be a great store.

   This supermarket store has slowly been going downhill over the years. It needs some serious maintenance on the equipment instead installing self checkouts. Fridges for the milk always leak (water is covering the floor the majority of the time), fridge doors are missing, the automated doors on the building take a significant amount of time to open and the theft alarm always goes off (me and my partner always bet weather it will go off when we walk through it. Members of staff don’t seem motivated and don’t say hello, I’ve been at a self checkout waiting to be approved of age and I saw two members of staff have a conversation whiles I was waiting, a third member of staff had to come over to approve my age. Seems a shame as this use to be a good store.

   We all know this store is badly run. We are used to empty shelves. Today they've reached an all time low... 4pm Saturday afternoon. There isn't a whole chicken in store, cooked or raw. DO BETTER.

   The store is fine, however the young woman on the till, shoulder length brown hair and glasses, needs training in customer care. It would have been nice to have been greeted with a good morning or a hello and not to have had the produce virtually thrown at us.

   A Hidden Gem at Morrisons Café – Buxton. During my recent visit to Buxton, I stumbled upon the Morrisons café and was pleasantly surprised. I went in for breakfast, returned the next day, and even stopped by for lunch—each time met with consistently delicious food and truly impeccable service. Especially remarkable cheesecake and poached eggs. The prices are refreshingly low, yet the quality far exceeds what one might expect from a supermarket café.

   All we can say is fantastic always pop in when we are passing and it’s a super shop well stocked clean lots of parking free trolleys and best of all is the staff very friendly and very helpful Most of all JASPER on the butchers stall Nothing was to much trouble for him super helpful full of knowledge he was amazing went out of his way to please def 10/10 Recommend

   Visited the cafe twice recently and on both occasions the service was extremely slow and it wasn't particularly busy. Also on both occasions there wasn't any cutlery so we waited while our lunch went cold until eventually some turned up. Having said that the food was really good.

   Good range of products including all the food and toiletries you need. The bakery sells fresh bread and warm pastries that are ready to eat. At the fish counter, this Morrisons has a wide variety of fish ranging from fresh, raw cod to raw and ready-to-eat salmon. The staff there are also very nice and near Christmas, they would go around saying Merry Christmas to customers. This Morrisons is very recommended: definitely 5 stars!

   The cafe, while clean and with good quality food, had extremely slow service and it wasn't even a particularly busy day. The store itself is starting to look a little tired in places, but the stock levels and range of products is good overall. Checkouts were busy but there were not many tills open when we last visited, this may be different at alternative times of the day.

   Friendly staff always on hand to help. Wonderful produce. Fish, Meat & cheese counters are quite something. The bakery is am absolute delight offering fabulous confectionery. Petrol and diesel priced are the lowest around.
