Been with this vet for several years now, never had a problem until the change of management leading to a huge lack of communication within the company and me being lumped with a ridiculous bill which they refused to have any leniency with, customer service was horrendous and rude. Money definitely comes above animal care with these.
Really happy that this practice was able to take my cat onto their books. He gets the best care and everyone there is super helpful and clearly all love the animals in their care. I feel very confident in the treatment my cat recieves.
Took my nervous large dogs to the vets today and they were so amazing with him. Did everything they could for him and sent him off with the medication he needed. I always get worried taking him to a new vets because he is nervous and sometimes reactive but the vet was so lovely and understanding and was no judgement. Thank you so much for helping my big bear
These vets are amazing and never had an issue. The staff from reception to vets themselves are all professional and approachable. Even though they hold professional standards, they are also friendly and relatable giving that home-like feel. I'm disabled, they always offer to help me to my car with my pets and or anything I have been given/purchased. Amazing service
