Really lovely and friendly staff .. I use it daily and also use the post office for change for work they always oblige .. never had any issues and staff excellent
Old woman behind the til Sat 8th March around 3pm disgusting customer service. Believe her name is Carole. Came in to collect my parcel and she was nothing but sarcastic because I had presented her with my barcode to collect. Saying I can’t collect with that, I need a name. When I did give my name she continued to be sarcastic repeating herself saying I can’t use a barcode. When I challenged her about her customer service she ignored me and started talking about me to a colleague next to her with brown hair who was equally as rude. When I asked to speak to a manager they said there is no manager he’s on holiday!! And that ‘he is entitled to a holiday’ by the looks of some other reviews on here it’s not the first time this old woman has been like this!
Fantastic Village shop, Steve and the team always happy to help, amazing variety of produce and staff always keen to help you locate something you need. Very reasonably priced too for a convenience store. The post office is a great asset too.
Very rude old lady with glasses serving.She rushed me onto pay when I was abt to ask for something else and seemed annoyed that she had to add on an item.Her attitude was disgraceful, trying to be sarcastic by then repeating " anything else?" 3 or 4 times in front of a fellow workervand smirking.Let me get this straight, I am a regular visitor to this shop and the staff are generally fantastic, helpful and cheerful, the woman I am referring to is not.I did challenge her attitude, and told her she needed customer service training.What a shame she treats customers with contempt as she lets the store down.I really hope head office read this.
Absolutely fantastic shop, has everything you need and when you suggest other products that are not stocked they go above and beyond to get the product or something similar on the shelf, the staff are all lovely and welcoming and are very helpful too, they are all a absolute credit to one stop.

What a rude blonde shop assistant, seemingly the manageress. She needs to learn better customer service skills and not be so short and make people feel a nobody!!!
