   I have used these kennels for a number of years. They now have more space, having extended the kennels out to the right side, so booking him in has been easier. However a few stays ago he came back hoarse from constantly barking (which he doesn't do at home), had sores either side of his muzzle from pushing his nose through the bars of his kennel and was shaking for a day or two after he was home. So on his next stay in June we tried him in the new section (which doesn't have kennels opposite) and was quieter. He was much happier. I requested the same location for his stay in July/August. On dropping him off I was told he had been allocated an outside kennel, where he then barked a lot and again was shaking when I collected him. The most disappointing aspect was the medications he was due (and I'd left for him to be given) were handed back to me when I picked him up. That's really not acceptable as it was on his feeding plan.

   We left our Cavalier here for 11 days, and must say they were fantastic! The staff are so friendly and you can tell they love what they do. We received several photos and updates. We would not hesitate to board him here again and thoroughly recommend The Dog House.

   Had my 1year old Lab stay with The Dog House for a "daycare" AM - PM stay, firstly I'd like to express how lovely the staff were when we arrived, really friendly, bubbly and compassionate towards anxious dogs. The actual kennel suites they prepare for the dogs are lovely and homely, with beds, blankets, toys, water - everything already prepared! This was our first time leaving our dog with a kennel and naturally we were very anxious, but we were reassured and offered access to the camera in our dogs suite for a small fee. They tailor each dogs stay dependent on the circumstances & each dogs personality. We were even sent pictures/videos of our dog out in the enclosed garden area which was such a nice surprise and really put my mind at ease. Overall, extremely happy with the service offered, my pup has come home having made new human friends (she doesn't like other dogs so much) and happy as Larry. We will be using them again and I would recommend to use this company to take care of your fur baby. Thank you so much!!

   It's brilliant. I live in thetford but I travel down to yarmouth for my little Bailey for his grooming because I found they are very professional and maneger and girls are lovely and my little boy always cames out looking very smart and clean. I would recommend them to everyone I meet.thankyou.

   We highly recommend The Dog House, we had to extend our 3 dogs stay due to a flood at home and the staff were truly amazing. The facilities are great. We knew they would be well looked after and Diesel, Rolo & Rosie can’t wait to stay again.

   Would definitely recommend the Dog House for kennels and grooming. They have been brilliant with our German Shepherd and have always gone above and beyond in looking after him when we have been away – he always gets 5-star treatment and comes back a happy dog. Would not use any other kennels or groomers.

   Would thoroughly recommend these kennels. Our rescue dog recently stayed and had a great time making loads of friends and we were kept updated on how she was doing which was a great comfort. Will definitely be back
