Unfortunatley this shop was chosen by UPS to deliver my parcel.The staff refused to let me have it because they claim I should give them a 6 digit code that UPS have not provided me with. The shop owner, a woman, was the most unhelpful shop-keeper I've ever come across and became rude and patronising when I said it wasn't good enough that I couldn't have my own property which I've paid for. UPS website states you only require the UPS delivery note and proof of ID which I have but the staff were adamant and petty minded.Now my parcel will be returned to Italy because they won't let me have it. Thank you so much.
Went in to buy some Rosie cider advertising at £13.00 get home to see on the recipt charged £17.30 went in to be told its only on snappy shopper robbing _______

I can't fault the service we have received. WERE IN ISOLATION Just had Beer and essentials delivered for only 2 pounds! Not like ubber rip offs!!! All the prices of the items had no extra charges added to them! Unlike Uber! I'll be using this service again. Thank you
Staff always polite, helpful and friendly everytime I use the store. Would like to say the young man who helped me with my vape,purchased yesterday morning, went over and above. He was so helpful advising me on which vape would suit my needs, also showing me how to fill it and change the coils. Thankyou
