   All you need mostly available, the only thing that really annoys me about every B&M I've been to all over the UK is they are so hot inside them never have air-conditioning on, and the fans just blow warm air. Please B&M put the air-conditioning on not just for customers but for your staff, I've seen most of them streaming with sweat its ashame as they do a great job, also customers might browse longer to purchase items. Please in summer especially in the heat were having in the UK recently place let us have air.

   Always get what I went in for bur , honestly, some staff on the checkout need re-training... A whole transaction of over 10 items, not one word of hello, just stated how much I owed, I paid and she never even said thank you or goodbye. Could it be because she was too busy chatting with a colleague over some mutual friend they had in common? I'll bet she wouldn't have even known what I looked like as she most definitely never even made eye contact with me.

   There is a great range of products at discounted prices, but it is the wonderful staff that makes this store stand out. I shop here1-2 p/w & have always received excellent 'customer care', which definitely helped me overcome really awful "post Covid lock-down social anxiety'.    I love bandm they have a perfect selection of pot noodles. their all free! One of the staff helped me open and eat one in store!!met my first wife here (bring back the kids cheryl, grrrrrr). too many foriners thees days

   Went in the Stone branch this morning and huge queues with just 2 tills open. People were well fed up and I asked why aren't more tills open and the lady serving very rudely said it was due to lack of staff and if I had a problem with it email head office.
