   Poor customer service and horrible attitude for just a return. I politely asked for one with a reciept, manager (bald-ish), woman with dark hair wasn’t customer service level at all. B&M needs to hire more staff to standard

   If you are watching the spending, you can make savings at this store. All home goods like food/ drinks/ supplements/ cleaning/ painting/ rugs/curtains. There are also toys and stationary for young and old. Plants for the home & garden. Decorative items. If you need anything, try here before you visit the supermarket & save some pennies to make those £s go further.

   I travelled over 8 miles to exchange two gas bottles.. after searching for a pound coin for the trolley, I placed the gas bottles in the trolley and pushed it through the store to the garden centre.. a member of staff informed me that he would meet me in the garden area to exchange the gas bottles.. after waiting for approximately 15 minutes in the cold, I was informed that they couldn't find the key to the bottle cage. Apparently, a member of staff had taken the keys home. I then pushed the trolley with my empty gas bottles back to my car, then returned the trolley.. after searching around for another supplier, I am in my 70s and living on my pensions, I then had to travel all the way to congleton to obtain replacements to make sure that I could keep my home warm and cosy over the festive season.

   Store is okay bit of a mess at times staff seem to be more concerned what they are buying then helping out each other at times but friendly some of them more helpful then others friendly security guard seems helpful with general inquiries in and out of store. Garden centre is fab always has what I need even on a rainy day.

   Don't know whether I like this store or not. I always go in for a few things and come out with a trolley full! Every time I turn a corner I find another "must have"! So many things to tempt you. Lovely household accessories, bedding, kitchenware and not to mention the food section for your basics and a nice garden centre. ( Love it really!).
