Just back from 10 glorious days. Booking was straightforward and the owner very accommodating with prompt replies to my emails. I hoped for shade and we were guided to the perfect spot. What I loved: having the caravan facing the lake was such a bonus. It was absolutely beautiful day and night. The owner marshalled everyone to set up for the best views. The toilet was ideal and the shower roomy had plenty of space and lots of hot water for your token. It was our first time paying extra for electricirt and we thought just I er Β£1 a day very reasonable. Not so keen: although the site itself was lovely and peaceful there was a lot of noise from the nearby water lakes activity centre. On several days there were hours of competitions and it sounded like we were at a sports or swimming gala with all the screaming and cheering. Notes: we found the directions from the A47 took us up some lanes a bit narrow for our liking. When we left we followed the road B1535 (Roarr) to the A47 instead which was a lot easier

We went to Utopia Paradise Caravan Park, Lyng, Norfolk. A lovely adult only, but dog friendly site. Power only to the pitches, but this is a quiet, small in numbers (15 touring I believe) site, so very close to the Elsan, water point, toilets, and bin disposal. Suzanne, the owner and greeter, is way beyond helpful with aiding you in manoeuvring into the site, which is a little tight, siting for your best benefit, and all-around lovely host. She will even allow you to pull up while entering the site and let you fill your water tank while doing the paperwork. The site is between two beautiful lakes, with Waterlilies, swans, Signets, ducks, and much more. A most enjoyable peaceful, tranquil 5 days, even though it rained for 4 of them.

Utopia Paradise offers a truly serene escape with its adult-only, pet-friendly policy, ensuring peace and quiet for all guests. Nestled beside a beautiful, willow-clad lake in the charming village of Lyng, Norfolk, the siteβs nature-focused management maintains a wonderful environment for wildlife enthusiasts and tranquility seekers alike. With amenities like on-site WiFi, nearby bars, restaurants, and recreational facilities within a five-minute walk, this family-run caravan park is perfect for those looking to relax and reconnect with nature. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

What a gorgeous little site. The bird life was wonderful as the lake and mature trees were the perfect environment. Peaceful, well kept, really clean and tidy toilets and a lot of effort has obviously gone I to keeping everything very easy to use. Great to have WiFi too. Very friendly host who was super helpful too. We did some really nice walks from the door and enjoyed chilling out on the site too. Will definitely recommend and would be very happy to return. We came as a couple but I would also feel very safe and comfortable here as a single woman too. Thank you Suzan.

A lovely wildlife caravan site. The only downside was the continued Covid restrictions meaning no shower and restricted toilet facilities.

Had 2 nights here at the start of a tour of Norfolk / Suffolk area. Very pleasant hostess who was both interesting to chat with and very helpful in allocating a pitch with a lakeside view and good satellite reception! A wonderfully peaceful campsite with a very reasonable tariff. Spacious shower room. Good local walks and popular village pub with good food.

Cant fault this site. Simple , quiet, full of wildlife both in on and around the little lake on which the site is situated. Owner is delightful if not a bit Quirky but so is the site. Hookup on every pitch. Motor home service point. Dogs welcome, 18plus . No phone signal but who cares. We will definately be returning.
