From the beautiful grounds and creek, to the thoughtful hosts, to the amazing breakfast… we loved it all! We went to a wedding at Hunters Hall and it was a quick walk to the bed and breakfast. Going into town was a short stroll as well. Would highly recommend. Thanks for the great stay, Jean!

Jean and team were thought, helpful, and amazingly good to us. The breakfast is tasty and the rooms are cozy/comfortable. Good beds and a close 10 minute walk to Hunters Hall (where we had a wedding). I would love to come back again.

There isn't anything negative to say, Idyllic rural setting to completely unwind. Great base to explore Norfolk. Working farm, wildlife, riverside walks, what have we forgotten? The Excellent breakfast, comfy beds, and so peaceful.

Wish we had longer than the two very comfortable nights we spent at this gorgeous Wolsey Lodge & working farm. Warm welcome from Jean set the tone for a delightful visit. Beautiful walk from the house along the river, accompanied by their dog which made it all the more fun. Great recommendations for places to eat, so much to see and do in this special part of the country. We shall return!

Had a wonderful stay over Christmas with 3 generations. It was lovely to arrive to a fully decorated Christmas tree and a beautifully laid dining table. It all felt very special. Lots of space for the kids to run around and play hide and seek and also for the adults to find a place for some reading or a few minutes quiet time. Our hosts were also very accommodating and let us check out a little later after all the festivities. The only minor downside was that being on a working farm the were a number of flies in the bedrooms but ample fly spray was provided should it be needed.
