   I had difficulty contacting the Surgery to make an appointment. Tried calling from Monday am until Wednesday pm and finally got through. I even tried booking my appointment using the app and that kept saying there is an error and something is wrong. When I finally got through, I had to leave a call back voice message and surprisingly received a call back other 10 minutes (one good thing from this complaint). After speaking with the receptionist and arranging an appointment from a cancellation I decided to leave work from Northampton and do the 1hr 45min drive and arrived just before my scheduled time. On entering, I tried to check myself in and the computer system failed so I waiting in the line to be checked in by the receptionist. With two people in front of me I waiting my turn. When it was finally my turn and I explained that the computer was not allowing my to check in, I was told I was to late for my appointment and had to reschedule. Now I am not one to complain but this is out of order and I walked out very disappointed. What if I have/had a real medical issue and I was just turned away like missing a car servicing time. I think this is the last time I will be using Castlefields doctors.

   I called surgery today 8am was 33rd in line 8.43 go a reply,explaining I'm COPD AN was suffering wots know as a flare up an struggling to breath was told to call back at 1,30 in hope as no appointments in morning,asked if could have a fone consultation as I kow its antibiotics n steroids needed,got a no there 2,in a panick called my wife who called again an with in a hours I relieved a consultation call 20mins later told my meds be ready this afternoon,,so although grateful disappointedat at blatant lies from nothing more than a fone operative with no qualifications in other than lifting a reciever,Not to mention blunt an a little ignorant in the serious of my condition, self importance souldnt be seen as a qualifying approach wen dealing with termly sick the doctor's a 10 out 10 receptionist minus 1 of 10,was told to call emergency services because she can't press appropriate exe N/O,i know calls are recorded n hope some one looks in to this, A response to the matter would be appreciated , perhaps expected g,gardiner,call times as detailed above.

   Absolutely shocking .. was with them all my life I called the collect my prescription as normal for Many years and I have been deleted from the system and had no idea about it.. now scrambling around trying to find somewhere just so I can get my meds.. there's no "duty of care" here

   Brilliant Surgery. Professional, fast - and you can telephone them at any time when they are open to amke an appointment - none of this sillyness where you can only book an appointment if you were lucky enough to get through in the first few minutes. Truly an excellent surgery - MASSIVELY better than some of the others in town.

   The Doctors are great. 5* I always treat the receptionist with respect and dignity and at the same time expect her to treat with respect. I think it is every patient right. Unfortunately this is not a case always.
