   Absolutely over the moon with the doctor and the medical student who dealt with me I have been in such a lot of pain put all problems on Anima got an appointment straight away that day the medical student Sophie Knight was extremely confident and very thorough in what she did and asked before bringing the doctor in to see me Dr Ahmed El-Rabaa who was also very thorough. He got me to do a blood test and a stool test and told me to come and see him in the new year as he wanted to carry on with the investigation himself which I was very happy about this was before Christmas but waiting as I was given tablets to see if they solve the problem

   After contacting 111 for my little girl was told to contact this drs as an out area patient as we travel on a boat and are unable to get back to her drs in warickshire was told that they can't see anyone other than there patients that are registered with them and that I should try a drop in centre in corby they were not helpful or caring and they can all drs can see a patient not registered to them as a visiting patient they just couldn't be bothered if that's the way they care for a sick child I wouldn't want to bother even trying to register with them maybe I would be better calling the local vet instead

   After recently moving to the area I changed to Abbey Medical and just had my first visit to this surgery. I've been extemely impressed by the communication before my visit, with somebody even phoning me to offer advice on directions beforehand. Once in the surgery the receptionist was lovely, as was the nurse, who put me at ease and was very helpful and professional. So far the experience with them since moving has been excellent and far more on the ball than my previous practice.

   To bad i cant give no star from a check up appointment for my baby and wife that was supposed to be at 9:15 followed by a vaccination of the little one they went ahead with the vaccination without the check up first and they stated that they know for sure the baby is fine , this beeing the first minute they ever see the baby in person... disgusted about the professionalism
