   I have no idea why this surgery has 2.5 stars. If you have a priority need, you're seen as a priority. If you need a referral the doctors do everything in their power to get you your referral. The level of care given from everyone at Greenview has always been 100% (and has actually surpassed my expectations on occasion) and whenever you are seen, everything is clearly explained with appropriate expectations set. I'm not sure what more you want from a doctors surgery, but after being a patient for over 5 years, I honestly couldn't think of even one occasion or reason that would cause me to leave a bad review. Well done to the entire staff for a well run, caring surgery.

   I wanted to write a review about Anna who is a wonderful paramedic at Greenview. We have seen her alot lately as both my daughter and myself have been poorly. She is kind and really listens to your concerns/problem. I always find she is really keen to find a solution to your problems, and talks about options of treatment and reasoning; but always making you feel part of that choice at the same time too. Thank you Anna, we are grateful.

   I've been with this practice since I was a child. They've done things wrong, sure, but as a whole my experience with Greenview has been wonderful, no matter the mental health issues, the cancer I've had aged 18, and the gender dysphoria I've come at them with. Wonderful service run by an incredible doctor. Thank you.

   I don’t know what has happened to Greenview surgery, but it’s definitely gone downhill over the last few years. I certainly wouldn’t recommend it, and I’ve been with the surgery for a number of years. After reading other reviews on here, I’d have to say the reviews really speak for themselves and are pretty consistent with my own experience with the surgery.

   My partner and I joined the surgery 4/5 years ago and the service has been amazing. I've had a lot of support and assistance with diagnosis, support with recieving further testing, and discussions around managing my ongoing health issues. The receptionists are polite and helpful, and every nurse and Dr I've seen have been friendly and informative. I've referred friends in the area to the surgery and they also sing Greenviews praises.

   Shocking practice. Wish I’d stayed with the Pines. No care or compassion at all except from one lovely Dr Pawar. The rest are rude and fob you off with tablets. They miss medication and referrals constantly. The receptionists there are horrendous! If they don’t like their job, leave! One actually answered and said ‘name?’ No hello no nothing. Sack them.

   Had a really rude receptionist when I was trying to explain what had happened to my arm was disgusted at how she spoke to me saying was a doctors not a vets had to say if she had let me finish was trying to explain what my cat had done and why!!! For her to write the wrong thing down for them to then ask for pictures and not see me and if I hadn’t. Had a pre op I would be in hospital as I had mrsa without knowing yet I told them all the side effects !!! I’m so disappointed as been with this surgery since day I was born !!! Receptionist really need to learn some manners and not be so rude and listen before jumping in and then tutting when u tell them straight

   After having wound dressed (at 10.50am) after breast surgery . It was found to be weeping . It was a few mins past 11am when rang for advice . The receptionist was very rude said I should have rang before 11 am. But condescendingly said she would put request through. Have been with this surgery for over 60 years and used to be more helpful .Need training in people skills
