We stopped in en-route to holiday, staff were friendly and seating area was clean and tidy. We were able to take our dog in with us which was perfect. Food and drink was very reasonable in price given it's location (2 adults and 1 child £22)

Good indoor play area to keep children happy and active. £4-50 for 90 minutes which is reasonable as were the prices for food and drink. The party rates looked good value as well. The only downside was all the used food boxes, drink bottles and other finished with rubbish just left on the tables. In the whole time I was there, whilst my granddaughter played, not once were the tables cleared, despite staff wandering through several times. There is plenty of parking space and it's right next to a decent outdoor park, picnic tables, sandpit and the superb Brampton Museum.

Hosted our son's birthday party here today. Lovely service, nothing was too much trouble and very reasonably priced. Would recommend.

First visit and last. The place is absolutely filthy. Smell of urine by slide area. They let teenagers in the play area, so if you have a 2 - 3 year old that cannot go in the under twos area they will be in the main play area but with teens who are much too big to be playing amongst smaller toddlers, its dangerous. During our visit there were teens in the tiny ball area which looks to be designed for toddlers, I totally understand parents supervising younger kids because they aren't thrashing around and playing. We were going to stay for food but I wiped just the corner of the table and the baby wipe came out black! Washed toddlers hands and they were black from the equipment, I'm big on hygiene especially with my child and this is the dirtiest soft play we've ever been to and we have been a few. Cheap enough to get in I will say, food looked inexpensive too. Staff plesent. The monkey mascot suit is dog bitten, looks so warn and tatty, the whole place kinda looks run down which ain't our vibe but yk what fair play to mums/dads who just want a cheap soft play to go to, think I saw its like 8 quid for a meal and play session which is very reasonable. Just think if they tightened up on their cleanliness it would be so bad.

Best place to take your toddlers or kids upto primary school age. We attended birthday party which was great. Kid’s menu was fabulous. Also it’s not pricey as compared to others.

Although staff service was kind and friendly, the place in itself needs some renovation. It's not worth the money paid. The children's area especially is dirty, sticky, ripped, and attempted to be tapped down. Not really adaptable for younger ages e.g 1year old as lots of bigger children pushing by knocking etc. There's no subtle area. It's quite small considering how many children go in.

Family run soft play area set in the beautiful grounds of the Brampton. Plenty of free parking. Comfy seats in the light airy entrance where there is a cafe serving hot and cold drinks and food at a very reasonable price. The soft play area catered for or 2 year old and our 11 year old. We stayed all afternoon, the kids had a great time. It was safe, noisy, boisterous fun for the kids while we relaxed in comfy seats with hot chocolate, looking on. After spending the afternoon and heading for the car, they noticed the park with swings and slides. Next time, we ll come for the whole day.

Safe and secure area, but soft play itself is in need of maintenance and for the love of God don't ask for an ice pack if your kid hurts themselves as they reuse them even if they're covered in blood. Do better.

Good deal for play and food being £7. A lot bigger inside that you would think. Staff were all courteous and efficient. They also cater for parties and it was a safe and secure environment. Excellent

We had our son's 5th birthday party here yesterday. It was organised so well, the food was enjoyed by all of the 24 children. Gluten free request taken care of. The staff were all lovely and very accommodating. We highly recommend Cheeky Monkeys for a kids party. We all had a great time!
