   Fantastic pub, great food and cosy atmosphere. We at here after the Land Rover experience centre recommended us, food was cooked perfectly with a good menu. Service was also friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend coming here but better to book if you know what time as we saw a few tables reserved so could get busy. Prices were reasonable and food was great quality.

   My husband is in a wheelchair & it's often difficult to find accessible dining. Not only did we enjoy a really delicious Sunday Lunch here but Mark not only came out to help to negotiate the wheelchair on the ramp when we arrived but came out again to help when we left. The staff were all very pleasant & professional & we will definitely be back soon. Thank you

   I rarely write a review but this place is such a rare gem, I wanted to spread the word! We stayed here for one night, had dinner the evening before and breakfast in the morning. Absolutely everything was perfect! The food was stunning but the attention to detail set this place apart. On arrival we were asked if we’d like fresh milk for our room; the towels were thick with a lovely fluffy feel so clearly great quality; lovely local soaps and toiletries are within the room/bathroom; touch points of all the staff were lovely, really friendly and welcoming; at breakfast we saw staff laying the tables with gloves on when handling cutlery…the list could go on. We will 100% be back, it was without a doubt the best village stay we’ve ever had across the country when on weekends away. Truly exceptional! Thank you

   Had a fantastic lunch here, the food was all delicious, very extensive menu to choose from, and everyone enjoyed their meal. The only downside was we waited quite a long time for our food, but the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

   Really friendly and welcoming team of staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. The room was really fab, all of the toiletries we’re lush and the shower was top notch. The food was excellent too! And all for a great price. My only issue was the bed was too hard for me but that’s a personal preference and not a criticism hence 5stars. I would definitely recommend and we are now going to book to stay here again in July. Thanks White Horse team ☺️

   The food here is nice. I have visited a few times. However I recently booked over 7 days in advance for a Saturday night and was placed in a very busy loud bar as opposed to the restaurant. Not really a relaxing environment and I had to go to the bar to buy drinks for the table, a busy bar that I had to wait at. Not what I expect when booking a restaurant. I did mention it to the waitress when we arrived, she appeared very disinterested.

   From arrival to departure the experience of staying and eating at The White Horse Inn was highly impressive. Everwhere was pristine. The room very well appointed and tastefully decorated. Breakfast and dinner superb. Highly recommended.

   Nice atmosphere lovely starter and pud but sorry Turkey (dry and crispy edge )very over cooked the plate was swimming in gravy I'd rather a little gravy with a gravy boat to help myself too also potatoes fried first then reheated in the oven . Overall quite a pleasant pub
