Christmas at Center Parcs Woburn Forest – simply magical. Customer service was outstanding; nothing was ever too much trouble. The friendly elves really added to the festive atmosphere. The extra Santa touches which are included made it even more special, especially the Santa parade and the post box where the children received a reply — such a magical detail. The grotto is fun and winter woodland. Our lodge was lovely, spotlessly clean, and this time we even managed to light the fire, making it wonderfully cosy. Seeing squirrels, ducks, and deer right outside the lodge was a real highlight and added to the sense of being immersed in nature. The kids absolutely loved the activities and the free swimming. We didn’t manage to try the new games area on this visit, but that just gives us a reason to return. All the food we had was very good. Arrival was smooth with no queue at all. Leaving the car park was a bit busy, but otherwise there were no issues. A truly magical Christmas experience that we’d happily recommend.

We had a truly fantastic stay at Centre Parcs and would like to express our sincere appreciation to several members of staff who made our experience so special. Lodge 185 was immaculately cleaned, and we would like to thank the housekeeping team for the exceptional standard — it was evident how much care and attention had gone into preparing the lodge. A very special mention must go to Sprinkles the Elf at the Santa visit. She was absolutely wonderful — incredibly kind, patient, and thoughtful. She showed outstanding understanding and sensitivity towards our daughter, who has ASD, and ensured the experience was calm, gentle, and not overwhelming. Thanks to her, our daughter was able to fully enjoy the visit, which meant the world to us. We would also like to thank Abbi from the Immersive Box experience. She was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and her warm manner added greatly to our enjoyment of the activity. Overall, our time at Centre Parcs was memorable and very special, and these thoughtful, compassionate members of staff truly made a difference. We are extremely grateful and look forward to returning.

Absolutely loved it. The only downside was the outside pool was much colder than last year. Last year we were surrounded by snow and chilled outside under the stars for 20 mins a time and was magical, this year we had to rush into the rapids to not freeze! (Group of 8 of us) The accommodation as always was fantastic. Clean, well thought out and lovely staff.

Mostly fantastic, the selection of restaurants is great, the lodges have a very nice social area and good facilities. The only thing I found to be an issue was that the Subtropical Swimming Paradise isn’t quite up to the level of Elveden Forest’s in my opinion, as it lacks a saltwater lagoon (mostly negated by the lazy river being saltwater) although there being more large flumes is great, and I get that this can’t be easily changed as it is a central feature. Overall a great Center Parcs resort.

Another fantastic trip to Centre Parcs. We loved it. We had a small problem with one of the showers which was rectified the same day. Guest Services are really brilliant. We had booked an evening meal and paid a deposit but couldn't attend but was refunded the deposit no problem. Used the restaurant runner app for delivery to our cabin, brilliant service and perfect food. Can't wait to go back! Nothing is too much trouble for the staff.

Beautiful forest location and sympathetic to the surrounding areas. It really feels less busy than the number of people there. The pool is great, a tad warm for me, but I do prefer things on the cool side! Kids love it and we find new things to do every time we go.

Our accommodation was clean, modern and just right for four adults and two children. Staff throughout the place were friendly and offered great service. The swimming pools were in great condition and were fun for everyone. One major downside for me, was not knowing when things in The Village were open. The only opening hours were displayed at the entrance to each place. There was no central place to go to get opening hours or a facilities list.

First time at Center Parcs and thoroughly enjoyed it. Brilliant alternative if you want a national holiday instead of one abroad, although accommodation at peak season is quite pricey. Fantastic for kids with over 100 activities. We stayed in the Executive Lodge and that was easily big enough for two families. You won’t get bored here. Definitely visiting again. Star knocked off for variety of restaurants at the complex. They could do with less chains…

Just had an amazing week at Woburn with my Grandson. This is our 3rd visit to Woburn. Have also been to the other sites in UK. Have previously stayed in lodges which we love but opted for hotel this time. Everything was fab. Great room. Nice and spacious and well equipped. Staff are all friendly and helpful on site. Swimming area is great for the youngsters. Will definitely be returning again very soon.
