   The staff were very courteous and incredibly helpful. We arrived under immense strain as our car had broken down on A 43. After 4 hours of hanging around, waiting for the RAC, we decided to book on for the night as it was getting late.The ladies on the front desk were well aware of our dilemma and offered us a free room upgrade, free breakfast and two drinks vouchers. The room was amazing and overlooked the start / finish line. A massive thank you to the reception staff, the restaurant manager, and his staff, who all contributed to making our stay all the more bearable under the circumstances. 10 out of 10 to the Hilton Garden, minus 10 out of ten to the RAC.

   Great trip here for business. Looked after me with a room upgrade and other perks due to Gold Hilton Status, but generally very friendly team and good rooms. Breakfast was definitely above average too

   Great Conference Hotel. Breakfast could have been slightly nicer but this might be a complain at a high level, so no worries whatsoever. I liked the room layout as can be seen on the picture: sink in the room and a separate small room with milky transparent door each for toilet and shower.

   Really Nice hotel Excellent location, on the Silverstone race track. Nice hotel and good staff who were welcoming and friendly. The room was really nice and was well equipped with iron board, iron and hair dryer. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Lots of space to store suitcases. Only downside was the food. Lunch was tasty, I asked for a side of grilled prawns (as advertised in the menu) to accompany the salad. For both the prawns and my drink, I had to remind the waitress. The prawns were not grilled and were not appetising. I didn't eat them. They tried to charge me for them, I asked them to remove them from the bill which they did. Breakfast was varied and had lots of options. But this time both the orange juice and apple juice were seriously watered down. Overall a pleasant stay.

   Super cool to wake up next to a formula 1 race track. Upon arrival we did not know that there was a race track but opened up the curtains in the morning and saw the grandstands and the main raceway for Silverstone race track. Very nice rooms and good breakfast. Easy parking. Also a huge F1 store attached to it.

   Check-in and check out process was simple with no queues. Room was modern, clean, tidy and quiet. The breakfast we had was very good with a team of staff ensuring that tables were clean and tidy as well as the serving area. Plentiful selection to choose from. Special mention of the team who wished my son a happy birthday when we checked in and gave him a hand written birthday card. The birthday cake in the room was a very unexpected and welcome treat. Thank you!! The only area that could be better is the car park. I understand it's just temporary but hope a better car park is created soon.

   We booked a track view room, even though there was no racing on, but to be facing the starting grid was amazing. We used the restaurant and whilst the food was okay, Zak the bar and restaurant manager was excellent. He found the wine we wanted when he thought it was sold out and nothing was too much trouble. He had great knowledge of F1 and we enjoyed talking about the racing with him. Excellent hotel, rooms clean and spacious and excellent location. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

   Lovely hotel. It has only been open for a few months. In a fabulous position for the circuit. Stayed the night with my dad for his 65th. When I booked online, I mentioned that it was for his birthday but did not request any special touches, etc. It was lovely when we went into our rooms as the staff had left a slice of chocolate torte and a birthday card. As the staff did not know who's room was who's, they did this in both of our rooms, which was so nice! All the staff we spoke to were very polite and chatty. The waitress and manager in the restaurant were rushed off their feet the evening we were there due to a large crowd turning up and not booking. I felt sorry for them, but they kept everything flowing well and managed the situation great. My dads room had a balcony and overlooked the Hamilton Straight, which he loved. The 55-inch TV in the room with Sky Sports was a highlight for him too! Breakfast was fab. There are plenty of hot and cold choices, and you could eat and drink as much as you liked. We would definitely come back again.

   Only stayed for one night but wow, what a fantastic hotel/location and will definitely return. Booked a one bedroom suite with a track facing balcony and it was amazing - very spacious accommodation and we watched various performance cars whizzing around the track. Every single staff member we spoke to was so helpful & friendly, they are a great team considering the hotel has only been open a few months. Restaurant service and food quality was excellent. Fabulous stay & highly recommended.

   Brand new hotel, opened summer 2022, car park still not finished (Nov). Rooms were quite compact. But very quiet - no noisy roads or town centre. Frustrating not to be able to use the walkway over the Wing - necessitated a 5 mile drive around the site. But, location is excellent, right on the start line/pit straight. Trackside balcony was a real boon. Worried that because it was new the staff would be poorly trained but they were excellent - all so eager to help. Suspect this is down to the leadership. On our second morning, we came down to breakfast at 0930 - it had been ransacked. There were no tables left, we had to wait for a new one. The food was all gone. Was impressive to see the floor manager out clearing and resetting tables herself. She also told the kitchen staff to restock the hot counter and not to clear it off at 10am (as they had started to do) since all the guests who had been waiting for a table hadn’t had a chance to access it.
