   This is a tricky one - as my car went back to this company twice. Insurance job that wasn’t completed first time round, because the fault that was left after they fixed the bonnet and bumper, apparently wasn’t connected. Back I went to get the fault fixed and my car was likened to a member of staffs fridge freezer not working - I was just told “things just happen” “it’s one of those things” when it was actually part of the initial insurance claim. Long and short it did all get fixed and FMG delivered my car back to me in one hell of a state - it was covered in bird shit - all over the new bonnet and bumper. I’m just saddened that they have such little respect for people’s possessions ! My brand new bonnet and brand new bumper a body shop let bird shit sit on the new paint work. You should be ashamed of yourselves FMG - I’m really not a happy person. Hoe the hell did you get bird shit on the new front bumper (2nd picture)

Right from day one when I had to visit for the estimate, they have kept me up to date with the progress of the repair and when I can collect the car. They also collect and return your vehicle if you so wish. I highly recommend this company for the quality of their work and, their communication.
