I just attended the 2:30 showing of Wicked: For Good. Due to an identity theft situation, I was not able to purchase tickets online. I called Odeon customer service and was told that the Saver Monday promotion would be honored in person, however when I arrived I was told that was not the case. Trying not to be a total “Karen” about it, I asked to speak to a manager. Within a few seconds, Amber was at the desk and I explained the situation to her and she graciously honored the saver Monday price. I told her, and I will repeat, it’s only Monday, but she made my week. All that said, if the cinema has any information on the young ladies sitting in seats H1-H3, they should be barred permanently. The repeatedly kicked the seats, even though I kindly asked them to stop multiple times, and they continued to talk through the entire movie. Not wanting to miss anything, I just dealt with it. Also, reporting these things usually makes it’s worse. I was under the impression that Brits had more manners and common sense than we Americans, but I felt like I was right back in Times Square with a group of privileged feral brats acting a fool. But, shoutout to Amber!

Staff were lovely & helpful. We were early so had plenty of time to get drinks & snacks. Loving the Ben & Jerrys in there ! The air conditioning was great in comparison to the stifling heat outside. Seats & cup holders were clean & tidy too.

Like others had mixed experience of ordering snacks. The person serving the Costa coffee is always so helpful. The cinema is well located and serves the local community excellently as it gives us a place to watch the kids' latest movies in comfy spacious seats. I always pick a place where my 6 year old can move about a bit without bothering others as she can never sit still, and there is always a spot for this issue - for that I am grateful.

The staff are fantastic, so friendly and welcoming, and had a bit of a laugh and joke around with us, including joking around with my step daughters as they were getting their pick and mix. This helped to make the evening a bit more fun and enjoyable. Our film was on screen 3, I think it was. It was fine, the screen was large and sound was good. We sat towards the back in the middle, so viewing angles were great. The negative, though, were the seats, which were a little uncomfortable, especially as it got toward the end of the film. Because of this, I've removed a star. Overall, I'd recommend coming here, and we will be heading back for sure.

The staff were great helpful and friendly, we we're in screen 5 with lots of seats out of order and some very ruff and in need of repair. I think it's about time for a freshen up!

The Odeon do Silver Screen for older people, it is excellent. £4 including tea and biscuit!!! Some great feel-good films.

Clean and tidy. Staff are very pleasant and accommodating. Unfortunately the venue itself is a little out of touch. Reminded me very much of a 1990's cinema experience. Great if your looking for nostalgia, not so if you want comfort.

We went to see a live stream of The Crucible from the National Theatre in London. Obviously this isn't quite as good as being there in person but it was absolutely brilliant and a lot easier than travelling to London. We will go again and if you enjoy theatre, this option is definitely worth looking at.

Good screens and helpful staff. Pop corn is a bit pricey and online bookings have a booking fee of £1 pp which is extortionate.
