Great service from Mick and the team. Hard drive failure on my 2012 Samsung Notebook, but new hard drive fitted and now it's like new! Very happy with the service and cost. Definitely recommend Computer Repair Norwich.

I took my son’s gaming PC for repair and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I was charged £480 for an SSD replacement, cleaning, and software maintenance, which I later learned is far above the normal price for this type of work in the UK. After collecting the PC, new issues began immediately, including black screens, restart problems, and performance issues in games. These were not present before the repair. When I returned to ask questions, the technician was dismissive and raised his voice, making me feel uncomfortable for simply trying to understand what had been done. Communication was also poor, and when I asked about the problems, the blame was placed on everything except the repair itself (WiFi adapter, Windows, apps, updates, etc.). The tone of these messages felt unprofessional, and I left feeling talked down to rather than helped. Even after reinstalling Windows, the technician refused to offer any warranty on software issues, leaving me with little confidence in the service I paid a lot of money for. Overall, this repair has been stressful, expensive, and unresolved. I would advise others to get multiple quotes and check pricing before agreeing to work here.
Service was great. I am a university student so needed a quick fix and got my laptop collected and dropped off, fixed, within a week. All for an affordable price too.
Professional service with a super quick diagnosis! The owner communicated with me with every step of the way and bent over backwards to get my system up and running again and returned to me super fast. Highly recommended! Will 100% use this service again if I run into any more problems or if i decide to upgrade any components. 10/10
My MacBook Air crashed and died on me a couple of weeks ago after three years service it was out of warranty and i was ready too give up and throw it away a new one cost in the region of £900. I contacted Mick for advise and arranged delivery and an assessment at a cost of £60. The repair was cost effective 20% of the price of a new one, because i continued with the repair the assessment charge was waived. The laptop was returned a week later fully working Mick explained ways of prolonging the life of my laptop and readjusted setting having first fixed the motherboard and drive faults. In summary i am really pleased with the outcome and fingers crossed the laptop now has plenty of life left in it. Totally recommend this service, i very reliable and professional set up
My work laptop died, it was a major drama. Mick was so helpful and kindly put me at ease. He ran some tests and found out what it was and offered a very cost effective workaround for the time being which really minimised the disruption. Will be using again
